Madness to think we were on course for the play offs when Mowbray was sacked, I think relegation is a threat now. Hopefully we can pick up a few wins but it doesn't look likely.

This squad now is in much better shape than it was before speakman and kld were involved. Seelt, Mundle, Hjelde are all recent additions that look like pieces for the future. Could use another striker in the mix but every team is looking for a striker they’re hard to come by. If we get relegated then I was wrong but thought we’d be in a relegation battle last year so overachieved a lot so a mid table finish this year isn’t the end of the world.

You're a really loyal fan, that is without question. But I see how Ipswich have truly taken the Championship in their stride having come up from League One and I wonder if we cut our owners some unwarranted 'extra time'. Luton are another example of a club who just kept improving all the time. Remember, they were once in League One at the same time as us.

Speakman hasn't a clue how to achieve promotion without spending money and bringing in experienced players and a manager with total control. He needs to be the next one to been shown the door

As well as Sheff Weds another team to watch out for who you have coming up is QPR. Won the last 3 games also and just beat Leicester away so the worrying thing is all the teams at the bottom apart from Rotherham are getting results. If you keep losing you will be in massive trouble

Can anyone see us beating or even getting a point of the next 2 Leicester/Southampton? If we lose both and teams below pick points up, suddenly we could be 1 or 2 more bad results from being in the bottom 3. We need to get points as quickly as possible so that gap doesn't close any further. Yes imo we are in a relegation battle now as we must make sure we don't get sucked into it. People saying seasons over? Could be survival to fight for in a few weeks time 😱

Our momentum is downwards and the team we can put out before Roberts & Clarke are back is not up to winning championship matches. I believe we will be in a relegation battle after the next 3 games , if we aren’t already . Other sides playing each other may just be our saving grace . I’d be amazed if we win 3 of 11 .

Honest question now but how we're playing currently who will want to come here with out current atmosphere and how bad we're looking? Last season we was a very attractive club to sign for but now realistically it's not an attractive move for players or managers.

The model can work but the football needs to improve and also some of the players we've brought in just aren't good enough for the championship and certainly not good enough to get us bk into the play offs position

We did mint under Dodds Beale brought the worst kind of negativity with him. And I’m being honest, he got ba scoring goals and Rusyn. It’s like the lads have lost interest. Seen the lasses play today and my god go watch them every1 of them gives a thousand % they’re top of the league and a team of bairns as well 😊

With Clarke out & 4 strikers who can't hit a barn door our next top scorer is Jobe who has been shite for weeks. Roberts & Ekwah have been awful this season... that is not worthy of a top 6 team

We are awful at the moment and there is no doubt big mistakes have been made in getting rid of the older steadying hands of the likes of Baath and Pritchard etc, but I am not in favour of getting rid of either KLD or Speakman YET. Re-evaluate during the summer and see what happens. I thought at the time that getting rid of Mowbray was daft, and even after him getting ill and having to take time out I still do, but we shouldn't panic now. If we get rid of KLD we could end up worse off again, think Madrox, and getting KLD to sell out would be even more stupid. I really do believe he will do all he can to get us sustainably into the Premiership and get us financially in the black. Don't forget, he is still young and learning his trade himself. KEEP THE FAITH

i honestly think we should be happy with at least 3 to 4 seasons of mid table to play off runs, fans have to remember once we got to the championship its all about stabilisation and going out and splashing cash isnt they way to do it when realistically they know promotion wont happen for a few years yet, this is a tough league could take ages to get out of it, but the club as a whole is not ready for promotion and no where near it, aye the football is crap at the minute the same people moaning now are the same that wanted Mowbray gone etc, no owner can win or will ever win with our fan base, look at Bob Murray i remember as a youngin people wanting him gone in the mcmenemy years(bear in mind in inherited a load of shit from Tom Cowie inc McMenemy being on mental money) and beyond, he moved us to SoL had AoL and FoL built, and some people still cant even stand him 🤷‍♂

Our fans are an absolute joke no we are not in a relegation battle plenty of good teams in this league have struggled at some point boro Southampton cov etc thats the nature of the championship especially this season this young team have give us 2 really good seasons and over achieved last season which has come back to bite them on the arse if last season we just managed to stay up ( like most ppl expected) then this season would be seen as a success we not man city or chelsea and cant throw billions on transfers they trying to do it the right way and build the club sensibly and not getting us in debt and personally i think they doing ok considering and the club is operating at a loss. The least we can do is get behind them when they really need us instead of acting like spoilt brats get a grip!

Commented this on Mad Mistake channel but worth reiterating on this channel as well We are not getting relegated, let's take a breather there are 3 worse teams than us. I'm not saying there isn't anything wrong because there is but we need to take a minute. Imo Sacking Mowbray wasn't the end of the world the problem is the hiring of Beale. Hiring a younger/exciting manager was what we needed to do initially. We need someone who has a style of play and can get through to different players both foreign lads and British. Imo Will Still is the guy that can do that the best but I like the other guys in terms of win percentages etc. I've said the managers I want for a while 1 Will Still Stade Reims 2 Eric Roy Stade Brest 3 Christian Ilzer Strum Graz 4 Kjetil Knutsen Bodo Glimt 5 Mark Robbins Coventry 6 Luka Elsner Le Havre Now onto Dodds and the rest of the backroom team. I personally feel we need to allow whoever comes in to hire his own backroom team or at least the majority of it. There is an issue if managers aren't being trusted to go for their own team of people they need to trust they can get their ideas across to the players. Speakman imo has got the summer if he doesn't hire the right man and doesn't bring in the necessary players KLD needs to be honest and go for another director of Football. KLD start acting an adult and put your hand in your pocket. Stop pretending we are having to search down the back of the couch for pennies. Squad issues. The attack now I dont think chance creation is the while issue when we've not got our main two wingers in Clarke and Roberts however we do need more quality to back them up the No 9 is a massive issue Hemir needs more gametime but tbh is he really cut out for us I don't think so he needs a loan or two. Rusyn I don't mind but if he is struggling with the language still it's not great we need to be honest and bring in a whole new attacking line up in the summer and imo that requires money being spent. 3 attacking players we should go for Lawrence Shankland from Hearts Sam Greenwood from Leeds on loan with obligation to buy Ike Ugbo Troyes on loan at Shef Wed atm Imo those 3 would give us more firepower and imo would cost less than 10 million pounds and if we are selling Jack Clarke in the summer then this should be an option. LB is a real issue and we need to make a call on players like Cirkin, Huggins and Alese are they ever going to be/stay fit I like all those 3 but we can't be carrying players and we need then to stay fit if not they are just taking a place up in the squad. CM/CDM has been an issue for at least 8 years now. We need sufficient numbers in this position the fact there is no proper competition for Jobe, Neil and Ekwah is ridiculous. RW now this is less of concern however Patrick Roberts not only is injuries starting to become a problem his output when he has been fit has taken a nosedive and we need to be getting more consistentency from our wide forwards

Speakman needs to go and the fans have got to show what they think about him, Speakman is just a university graduate in business management, knows nothing about football, never played it at pro level, yet he has the overall say on who comes and goes in our club. Just like Beale he talks and bluffs his way to the top and this is now coming back to bite him and Sunderland afc. This young kid KLD we thought was gonna do what Newcastle owners are doing, NO this is just a toy to him he’s not interested in spending his inherited money to buy players and challenge for promotion…. KLD cannot see past his rose tinted glasses that his toy team is heading for relegation. Newcastle fans are laughing at us again. Get Speakman out.
