I was listening to an old interview, I think with Dlo brown years ago, he said the “groupies” USED to be 20-something year old local college chicks waiting for you in the parking lot, willing to go wherever, do whatever, just so they can say they hung out with a wrestler. NOW- the “groupies” are 30 year old dudes who DRAGGED their kids and GF to the show. And THEY want your autograph, not for the kids, but for THEMSELVES! 🙄😂

Wrestlers are scared of being sued and fired today more than the past. Plus with Phones, Social media and the Internet your business is everyone's business. Can you imagine how much stuff would've been put out there about your favorite Wrestler if all that was around back when.
Social media and cameras everywhere basically killed the ring rat aura / experience
