I concur. I would prefer eating it without combining them... too much bread. I actually make a similar thing once in awhile when I babysit. Either using thick white toast as a crust, sometimes an English muffin, or a flour tortilla. Pretty good. Gotta use a conventional toaster oven for the crisp crust 👍

when i was a child growing up in italy i would often enjoy my grandmas famous calzones but being a picky eater she would lovingly cut off the crust for me. she died in the war, but this brings back those wonderful summer afternoons.

These sorts of things are always better when cooked in the oven.

Okay so I know I'm a year late on commenting on this video, but I've been watching your videos for a month or two and I love your reviews! The comedy, how civil you are, how you don't need profanity to entertain us. You are truly something special. I was watching this and was reminded of my favorite frozen red baron treat. They have a 5 cheese garlic French bread pizza which has a really tasty garlic sauce instead of pizza sauce. I was curious if you'd do a review on it so I could hear your opinion!

I just bought a Red Baron frozen pizza supreme today for the Super Bowl.
