Ok, strange question. I am building a full cover for the backseat of my truck, from the back of the seats to the back of the front seat to support a dog hammock. I have two LARGE dogs. Would that piece of PVP sheats in a 4x8 diameter hold the dogs with the support of the hammock in your opinion?

does contact cement (rugby) work ob PVC foam boards? I was wondering if it's possible to apply laminates (formica) to PVC foam boards.

I've used contact cement to join PVC foam to wood, and those bonds are very strong. I've used contact cement a little to join PCV to PVC, and it holds, but not as strongly as to wood. Rough sanding the surfaces before gluing improves the bond.

Hi sir ano po kayang tingin nyo dito sa primo board pag tumagal? Since wala pa po ako nakikitang gawa dito na tumagal na for decades using primo board, iniisip ko po kung reliable sya for big projects na pangmatagalan na.

another added benefit is those board will likely be perfectly flat and straight. I can't stand building with wood that is twisting and bowing.

Sure, like $300-500 for a sheet the size he had, and you probably wouldn't find it locally. So you would pay at least another $150 for shipping.

I just saw half inch 4x8 sheets at home Depot for $100

You only tested the joints. It's not even for the actual durability of the board. You didn't even do what was shown in your thumbnail.
