I do straight tip on all the apps! I love how energetic Mary is today and Lou is blah (which is rare! ) 😊😊😊

That first tip, $4 is 10% of $40, not 1%. So they probably tipped around 5% not 0.5% but either way it was small 😢

My tips run usually around 20%, and have added extra after deliveries for bad weather or awesome service. I even tip extra when I order from the annoying places you mention to encourage pickup! Seemed like a nice easy ride, don't think Mary said anything was annoying today! Maybe once :P

Where we live the ALDIs be ransacked, all of things are always sold out though.

The weather is horrible here in northeast Kansas. It’s been in the negative temperatures and everything is covered in snow and ice

One way to get me going to gig. Make my bed. Once my bed is made, I'm up, get dress, and have breakfast. I have to tell you, this cold weather does not help. Love the reactions about the tips and that one store you say to yourself, I cant because you don't want to be sitting for another order. Lol!!

I love when Instacart does these. My game plan is to pick low item orders (less than 12) going very close. The best are the low item "shop only" orders. Also avoid stacked batches

New viewer here been enjoying how authentic you both are. Lou, as someone who also sports a similar facial hair style you do, trimmin the mustache overlap on the upper lip is a game changer. Im sure Mary would like it too haha. Way easier to eat plus generally looks better. I just watched a video where you guys ran into your kids while out shopping 😂 i have soo much older content to watch. glad i found you guys 👌🏻👌🏻

I find Aldi an easy shop. It's small and the checkouts are super fast.

I over tip, and if I add stuff on I adjust the tip afterwards. I usually do a dollar amount say the suggested tip is $13 I add $7 to make it even $20. If it’s really cold/rainy/late I add a few extra dollars to my normal amount. I hate to shop so it’s worth it to me.

Challenges are always fun and makes for entertaining videos. I haven’t watched you guys for a while, good to be back. It’s interesting comparing your style shopping together with the way my husband and I shop. It really is easier with help. Cheers guys.

I view the Instacart incentive as a potential bonus and just do what I usually do and if I hit the batch requirement, great, if I don't, then I probably wouldn't have been paid anything extra anyway (ie. base pay was already over what the "guarantee" was).

I tip 10% upfront and tip after,bad service ger3 dollars tip.

With Aldi order. I think the General Tso might have been with the Asian food by the Lo Mein. I love Aldi. I shop there for my groceries.

15%minimum tip. If I receive excellent service then up it to 25%

I like the shipt bonuses. Because it's a real bonus not "we top off your total to bring you to the bonus amount "

I don't use Instacart for myself, but from my experience, I would definitely do a flat amount.

I would love that guarantee. Mine have been 16 orders for $200 or $300. They are over 5 or 6 days. My area is oversaturated for all apps.

Sorry,,had to reduce a tip one time. Shopping order-im at most 10 minutes from the store. Not sure if shopping duo took a break or nap or other orders,, because they didn't show up over a hour later. I'm sure at last minute to deliver. All my produce was wilted and warm. I would NEVER do that to a customer. I shop,,and deliver. And I had a great tip on there. But had to get reimbursed for quite a few items,,it was just too much to warrant the original tip.

Just because they live in a house on the water doesn’t mean they have $, it just means they are broke…lol. I am a cash tipper because I deliver also and I think it’s crap we have to claim tips.

Highest challenge I’ve ever gotten is 6 for 65 dollars

Never do these incentives. Every time they have one in my area you never get the little small orders like you took. Everything is double and triple shop and deliver, full food shopping orders.

Correct, multiple batches count as 1 for the guaranteed earnings

I thought we were allowed to be a douche bag, as long as our acceptance rate is high.

Instacart is weird they are always laying

I tip 5 or more.
