Well if that's the logic then you must learn a thing or two from Muhammad and Jesus too. Problem is what will you do in conflicting concepts, if you are not bothered about truth? You saying we already know the truth. No. You don't know by yourself. Only way is through scriptures, directly or indirectly. Learning from stories can be dangerous too. Immoral too. There needs to be a moral compass of truth. We are all in search of it. For that we need to go deeper into those scripture. Find the real stories and keep investigating more and more.
