I thought they were contagious to humans, oops! Guess I’ve been pushing my dog away for no reason at night lol

Dang, I don't know if I should be thankful that ear mites don't transfer to humans or offended that ear mites find my ears unworthy of inhabiting. Kinda like a fly that wont land on something because it is too nasty even for a fly.

My Pup was around another dog that had ear mites for 20 mins - I didn't know till I got close to the dog... how do I prevent anything now? 😢

No its not however u reminded me when I used to tell people that yet they kept throwing them out oi some people

I've washed my dogs every day for 3 weeks, gave them bacteria meds for 4 weeks, put iodine on the hamburgers looking patches on there skin, and vet gave me cream to put on these lesions. Iv put anti fungus cream 2 days in a row now, nothings working. I don't mind to put in the work, iv got 7 dogs and they have some form of contagious skin lesions. Nasty seeping skabby bleeding sores , I need help. My vet hasn't ben able to help me after $1,400 of medication for these dogs. Yes I wash there sores every night. Please give me a simple idea to fix these dogs. Tinactin for athletes feet is what I'm going to use next. Ty

Unfortunately if it was simple it would have resolved by now. I would recommend a veterinary dermatologist or someo who works with a dermatologist regular. I talk to them on the phone all the time about cases.
