My marriage is declared null and void without hearing both parties by family court judge to pass judgements in his favour. THEY are ruining family life and marriages of people. This JUDGE SHOULD be suspended with immediately. THEY has no respect for the judges or the judiciary chair or his uniform.

Can Harish Salve tell us that why a peaceful State like Maharashtra from which he hails has so many High Court Bench at Aurangabad, Nagpur, Panaji and even for Kolhapur for just 6 districts even though Maharashtra tops in Justice Index Ranking list and Uttar Pradesh has just one Bench and that too so close to Allahabad at Nawab City called Lucknow and nowhere else and lawless Bihar has not even a single HC Bench West UP owes for more than half of pending cases and still has not even a single HC Bench even though lawyers have been protesting since decades yet not a single HC Bench even though Justice Jaswant Singh Commission recommended 3 HC Benches at Dehradun, Nainital and Agra in mid 1980s and Maharashtra only one Bench recommended and that too created most promptly at Aurangabad in Maharashtra which already had multiple Benches.
