Guys its just about mentality .... Mei bhi upsc aspirant hu mei bhi blue cut rays use karta tha or stress bhi feel karta tha and somedays my spec got bro so mei dusre doctor ke paas gaya check up ke liye unhone kaha you dont have any eye defect so u dont need any spec for work he suggested that blue light filter ise karlo phone and laptop par ....... Bas bhai i tried it then magic ... Its all about mentality and baki sab marketing stratergy hai

WRONG, blue light glasses block ultraviolet rays from laptop and only some part of blue rays. So, this reduces eyestrain. I am using one from lenskart and it has significantly reduced eyestrain.
