I think it was 'infered' by the closing sequence that - no one gets out alive in this story... Except the video and mobile phone.

They couldn't allow there to be any survivors of the experiment. Once the person supposedly there to record the results confessed the ending was basically insured.

This is a nice movie.I really want to go to Arctic region and settle there for the rest of my life,come what may.....like the eskimos lived in the past.

Freaky movie. I can definitely see an organization coming up with this as a weapon then selling it to the highest bidder.

The only reason I watched this movie for so long till the end is because of the actor who played Alan, from the start of the movie he just makes you want to b*tch slap him from the start and only grows the utter dislike for his character. As the movie goes on, he continuously and consistently plays the role of a self entitled, drama queen Diva who's character is the main interest sort to speak. So, kudos to this actor for playing a character so well that my disdain for his character continued to grow to the point where I was hoping he would just disappear sooner, but then I would have lost the interest in watching till the end. I can't imagine being stuck in the middle of nowhere with a guy like that, this character's mind was gone way before the event occured. His character is broken from the start, he played it so good that I disliked him from start to finish. So, this actor is very good at playing such a character, I'm impressed.

@@yvonnelessick9880 It's a very low budget movie, almost seems like filmed with a iphone at times. At first you expect seeing something with special FX, but it never comes and that's the beauty of it, it didn't need any. And on such a low budget film, any CGI would have been so bad that it would have been detrimental to he movie and it's storyline. This is a made for regular tv movie, not even for cable or streaming platforms. Have I had to pay for this movie, I'd want my money back. But for a light, no fuss kind of movie where the acting carries the movie, I'm glad I watched it.

One Star. My Fave Part Was When The Polar Bear Suddenly Appeared & The PB Understood When Told, "I'm Your Friend."

The a andoned russian mi ing town is a must see

I was HOPING that was what would happen in the end. This cast is pretty good, but my favorite is Captain Jim :)

It seems like he was immune to the virus. Maybe they wanted him to work for them. The guy that got shot seems like he was having problems, maybe he was infected, he kept clutching his heart.

The ending was very cheap indeed. No production value. And it was no virus, but a frequency of some kind like the HARP device I suggest.

I have lived in the same home for 23 years now and the same thing happened to me about a month ago .I started hearing a very weird humming sound outside that I had never heard before it was driving me nuts! the humming was just the right pitch to grate on my nerves literally destroying my piece! lol And I couldn't figure it out where the noise was coming from . It took me about 2 weeks to finally figure out what was making the sound I knew it was an echo and as I live in a residential area it is also zoned commercially I knew it was a piece of machinery But I could only hear it at night when like as you say all the other ambient noises went away.There is a school district office across the street from where I live And they had brought in a very large refrigeration piece of machinery Like on a big trailer a temporary fix I do believe until they get the refrigeration fixed in their storage building where they store the food to be delivered to the elementary schools around the area Basically it's a refrigeration compressor lol And it still drives me nuts!!! It literally vibrates the windows in my home makes them hum as well !! But at least I know what it is now Maybe that's what you were hearing as well
