Yes, finally someone says what I'm saying. I do think he's the worst soldier. He gets shut down by healers, and his damage is pretty lacking (Especially at range). But he is the best counterpick soldier. Being the worst soldier doesn't mean he's a bad character. He's just the weakest of the variants. Foot Soldier is pretty much an all around class, and Arctic trooper is definitely not that

I can honestly agree with you on arctic trooper. He just doesn’t do enough damage to kill plants even when they are frozen and I find a lot of the time when I do freeze them it is my last bullet so I have to reload and they are thawed by the time I am done reloading so it is just like a worse version of reg soldier. I mean in a 1v1 you can just use your ZPG but at the same time if you have to do that then you can’t to trick shots so what is the point.

Arctic Trooper also sucks because it takes your entire clip to freeze someone, and your reload is how long they are frozen so when they become unfrozen is the when you finally have reloaded your weapon.
