Arctic's Kenneth West Workout Video at Damian Warner Fitness Centre

The Arctics and Team Canada's Kenneth West visits the Damian Warner Fitness Centre in London Ontario to test out their facilities to the fullest as he looks to represent Canada at the U23 NACAC championships.

    This gym is for everyone but it was founded by current Olympic decathlete, Damian Warner so it’s a pretty cool gym!
