Oh well, where should i start…
Learning this song have been such a pain in the ass, it was much more difficult than expected and I was so close to giving up learning it after the first 3 days, but then something just happened and out of nowhere did I got such flow, so I kept practising it and 2 weeks later did I finally had a take I was happy with. Learning a Archspire song like this have been a milstone and on my cover-list for a long time and I’m so stoked with the results, this is hands down the most difficult song I have recorded so far. I lost 2kg the last week of practising it since there was a few hot sessions those days haha..

@@mars_hikes967 Just nerding out here, but Pervitin was used by Nazi Germany during WWII and then discontinued after a year or so because the crash afterwards rendered the soldiers useless. :) en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Methamphetamine ...aaaaanyway, great drumming as always! @@Tr0llmannen They stocked this stuff until the seventies according to the german wikipedia. It was used in the army of the GDR/DDR as well. I maintain my position that you would need to dehydrate RedBull/Monster to get up to this speed :)

Your drummer face is the best dude! I can't drum right now for complicated reasons but your drum face actually makes me nostalgic, there's nothing quite like drumming because it's so much fun and it completely grabs all your focus, you're so "in the zone".

There is smart science behind his kit. This guy literally figured out how to play at these insane speeds. 270-350Bpms. Never wearing out any part of the body that does. Wrist. Hands, forearms. Quads. Calf muscles, and ankles. It's all there. Knees. He has mastered a way of playing that is truly unique to him and him alone.

Well for me, there's always certain parts of songs that are/can be challenging, but if you practice enough, everything you play should be pretty easy to do. If that makes sense.
