After a lot of work, time, procrastinating, and recasting, here is the fandub of issue 250 of Archie Sonic Online. It took a while, mainly due to some recasting and other projects I've been working on. Also due to a mental breakdown and quite a few months of therapy, you known, fun stuff.
But it's finally done and I feel it's the best fandub I've made yet. I've learned a lot when it comes to audio editing, especially trying to make the dialogue more natural, and I've learned a lot more video editing tricks. I hope you all enjoy the fandub!
Gonna be putting out an update soon regarding the future of the ASO dubs, along with some original videos, so stay tune!

These people working on these comics, combined with your hard work, have done the Archie comics JUSTICE!
I know Sonic’s voice is supposed to sound like SATAM, but it sounds more like Ultimate Peter Parker… and to be honest that’s not a bad thing. It kind of reminds me, more than any other Sonic voice (with the possible exception of Ben Swartz) official or fandubbed… that despite being such a big hero in his world… that Sonic is still just a kid. In most continuities he’s still around 15-17 for crying out loud, so Sonic sounding like a teenager really lent to the emotions when he spoke to Sally about who she really was just before Sally reunited with her parents. It’s so fitting in a way, that all of the main cast sounds so much like teenagers… it reminds you for all their power and adventures… these guys are still kids being forced to fight some of the worst people in their whole universe. It’s a rough life, but they’re the Freedom Fighters, and they’re a family. PS: It’s amazing someone cares about Pre Reboot Archie Sonic enough to continue it. This makes me so happy, even though it’s fanmade.
Wow the voice acting was amazing!! Special shout outs to the VAs of (Sonic, Sally and Geoffrey!) great work to all of them tho best comic dub I have seen yet!!

Well even though he certainly looks more modern, Archie comics were based off of SatAM characters (freedom fighters, Snively etc.). So it makes sense for that voice. Though because it was based on that show, I doubt freedom fighters will return :((
Old or New Universe, Sally has it rough.

Yeah but now she has the trauma from it. It’s going to be a while for Sally to return to herself with now the scar in her heart thanks to Eggman.

Excellent dub! I was wondering when this would come! I especially thought Eggman's eyes at 13:50 were terrifying, the interaction between Sally and Knuckles was so wholesome, and I really enjoyed the Off-Panel! Keep it up!

You were amazing as Silver, Naugus, Geoffrey, Knuckles, Robotnik, and all the characters you voiced! You are an awesome voice actor and I'm glad to have you as part of this project!
Meanwhile in another reality, Sonic is back after been deroboticized but he is sad because Sally will never comeback, making him depresse and angry.
The charging sound effect from the awkward meter is from Wall-E nice

Drawloverlala did an AMAZING job with the art here. Her take on NICOLE is honestly my favorite styles of the character
Knuckles has a lot more in common with her than either of them realize because in one version of the future where Knuckles was never saved from Enerjak he destroyed the world as well.

12:56 when Eggman as a defense attorney realizes the prosecutor has forged evidence (the joke is that the ace attorney "whoop" (or whatever it's called) sound effect was used which I think fits perfectly (now I want an Eggman Defense Attorney mod for the Ace Attorney Trilogy on steam))

Well, there's something kind of like that if the Mega Man comics where a defense attorney who looks suspiciously like Apollo Justice wearing Phoenix Wright's blue suit is defending Dr. Wily in court(after Mega Man 2 but before Mega Man 3)
This is how the original continuity should've have gone on the hardcover of Archie Comics instead of the Worlds Collide & Post Genesis-Wave story arcs with all the existing characters that were not erased. Those stories were not right at all and I didn't like that. This is more like it. Their family reunions and even Sonic and Sally's relationship healing. Keep it up! Hoping issues #251 & #252 will come soon & end this peacefully. Got my fingers 🤞🏽🤞🏽.

14:30 knuxally is my favorite in Archie comics After reading old issues and before Ian Flynn became a comic writer, I researched their relationship and found they were a good fit for each other. I always see how she always fights Sonic and how Sally tries to get away from him because of his childish demeanor and his love of adventure. And how Sonic is always trying to apologize to her temporarily, even leaving Mina in a state of shock and not caring about her. Unlike Knuckles, he has known Sally since childhood even before she met Sonic because they have things in common, including being responsible at a young age and not having many friends, Knuckles is also more assertive and responsible than Sonic

This was really awesome, but I gotta say I REALLY don't think you need to pause every time there is a comma before someone's name. That's just a rule of literature and does not mean a pause is needed before saying the name.

I really love this dub my friend. Especially since the original run continues after the Genesis Wave, the Online Comics definitely continues the storyline without the Genesis Wave I like it

Yeah I’m hoping the creators do include characters like Eclipse the Darkling and also continue Scourge’s story and also maybe do their own version of the Captain Metal mini arc.
Been loving the dub and these comics, can’t wait for more to come out.

In the Sonic the Hedgehog series Sally's middle name is called Marie Acorn we got two distinctive middle names here Alliance and Marie so which is the true nickname of Sally Acorn🤔🤔🤔.
Would been nice to have a little nod to Sonic when he was a mecha.
