Wow Jedi I'm actually a current WoW player. I'd say give this game a try, it might surprise you at how expansive it is. There are few servers and many players, so you're most likely not gonna be able to play sadly due to queue time. For a free MMO, it's very great for all the content.

Wow Jedi It's worth a try, trust me. I've hopped over several MMOs ranging from Tera, Rift, Aion, and pretty much any MMO in general. Nothing tops World of Warcraft. It looks generic on video, i'm amazed I even like it. It has more content than I even anticipated for a free MMO. They don't opt free players out as far as I know. They give you storage space and pets, but not much of else. It certainly isn't pay to win. But, if they fix the server issue then i'd say this is the next best thing to World of Warcraft.

Nothing can kill WOW. The only way it can die is if it goes into a field and commits seppuku. It's tapped itself deep into the fans of MMOs and has too big of a fan base to kill it.

Wow Jedi A fact is still, not all people find that World of Warcraft has a good story line and stuff like this. And yes there are games with a pvp and pve stuff like wow has, they jsut don't ahve that huge content. And also it doesn't really matter 2 me. I played Wow for like 6 years, and then got bored of, not because of the game, because of doing the same over and over again. Which u also ahve at any other MMORPG, but thats why I'm happy about new mmorpg's. I'm not even thinking that companies try to "kill" wow, they jsut want to make their own mmorpg and get some money to buy stuff for their family. Btw: I wasn'T yelling at you, I just love to talk with people about other opinions, I mean everyone has their own opinion on something, and thats good. We should jsut stop fighting each other and jsut having a normal talk about such stuff :)

oh the good days ... the first three wonderful months following the release of this game... well i kinda went back after a looong pause... and even now, just casually playing it its still awesome ... but will never be as good as it was when it first hit Europe :)

It's a great game, unfortunately the lack of servers at launch has resulted in disastrous queue times for those who paid for the game up front and have their 50's with houses built on an overpopulated server. The game itself is so good that you can overlook this part, if you just manage to never log out. If that happens the 5 hour line will be waiting for you. =(

People complaining about queues - don't. They've made every effort to prevent it - they added 2 new servers since open beta and the reason they have a relatively low cap is because the starter areas would be unbearable without it

Looks amazing. But how does it play.

This is probably the "grindiest" MMO I've ever played. If you dislike grinding in any way, don't play this game. If you like it, this is perfect for you.

like many MMOs, the game won't become as pleasing as the trailer until you've reached end game. I highly recommend getting there, but it's definitely a grind.

There's only one lie on this trailer, the f2p part, it's not f2p nor b2p, you sit in queue for a life time. When you actually manage to get in, then yeah the game is just awesome!

My thought... 1. If you see others youtube review, there are gold seller spam the chat box 2. still cant attack on mount. 3. can they talk to npc on mount? 4. the movement when standing up from knockdown look silly. 5. maybe the reviewer pc, the graphic when traveling on mount not smooth.

You can talk and attack from your mount. And the graphics are gorgeous right now on high end machines. Especially the water effects. Never seen anything that looks that amazing in a game (And i played crysis 3 and BF4)

FREE TO PLAY? (sure....) try, 3,500 queue...where 2 hours later queue is at 2,300...Friend actually paid the 15$ for the month, got booted from game an hour after login, and even he has a 2,000 queue. So, not really accessible for a while - hopefully after a month or two it simmers down or they increase support.

End game is all about zergs, ganking, and farmvile.

Too bad the game is still plagued by technical issues. Errors still from the Alpha where a significant amount of people can't even get past the server select screen still remain. Trion is also extremely non-existant when it comes to Technical Support. The game may be good, but the company behind the NA release hasn't been doing any favors. Be wary if you choose to throw money at this.

I suppose this is yet another MMO that seems hopeful, but is going to a rapid downfall thanks to the community it attracts (F2P attracts the most a-holes faster than all others), then it is either going to die completely, or a few die-hard fans will remain and relish the loss of the bad community that eventually leaves after a few years. All MMOs I see popping up seems to get the same run as WoW, just a lot shorter lifespan; they get popular, get filled with scumbags and other immature pricks who destroy the entire community, and the developers will in their desperation to save the game exaggerate in their solutions and just mess it up even more. This leading to the game's downfall. The end. (WoW only lives because of its massive fanbase, and it can't be denied it did start out with some of the best concepts of an MMORPG ever seen, they just messed up after a while as they suddenly decided the dumb it down more & more.) I think I'll pass on this one, my faith in MMORPGs is yet to be restored.
