When is best time to get Power Infusion since doesn’t stack with Arcane Power. On pull I usually pop all CDs with arcane power

why would you use arcane power after mirror image wouldnt it reset the cool down and make sense to you mirror image before power?

Can someone please tell me whats the point in taking the talent Nether Vortex? you cant slow bosses wouldnt improved blink not be better?

I have also thought of this , I am not sure if they take the extra damage from the talent but I do know prismatic shield is not very useful as 6% damage reduction vs improved blink is worse on top of that you should be using shields to take dmg and increase spell power

When it comes to talents like these, you can really swap to whatever utility you need at the time.

The boss is 100% snared the whole time by many classes, although it does not actually slow the boss it DOES procc all of your arcane talents based on the enemy getting snared.

He completely missed this KEY part of Arcane rotation. Before the pull, turn on Presence of Mind, then right click off the ability. Leaving arcane potency on you, rdy for the first 2 spells to have +15% to crit. These are habits that lifelong Arcane mages have been doing before every boss for years.

Good rule to think about when choosing between the two is encounter movement/cleave. Arcane lags behind when cleaving and when movement is moderate to heavy. Fire suffers much less from movement and can gain a bit of funnel ST from cleave.
