I just started watching The 100, currently at ep 6. So far I love Bell, Clarke, and Raven. Can't wait to see what the final season is gonna be like. xD

@@pixeltatoe Haha I won't spoil anything then! I do think the final season is worth watching at least once, they just made some decisions with the storyline and overall closure that didn't make sense and really upset the fandom. I just rewatch through season 6 now and I like to pretend its loose ends get resolved some better way; s6 is already a big shift from the rest of the show's tone before that point -- it's worlds apart from the prior seasons -- but really brilliantly done IMO. The acting is especially extraordinary that season, on many deep levels that you'll see when you get there, and it has some of the most amazing character moments. :) I should warn you ... know how dark and grim and high-stakes the show already is for you right now? That's the most lighthearted and teen-drama it will ever feel again. :P I'm a huge Animorphs fan, so I already grew up on stories of war crimes and attempted genocides and child soldiers dealing with horrible gray morality and enormous burdens and heavy-handed lessons ... so that's probably why I loved The 100 so much and could look past the absolutely awful science-gibberish they use sometimes haha. It's HEAVY. But so, so, so good. And the long-term character development is incredible; you've already been introduced to characters you'll come to hate, then love, then hate again, then love again before it's all over, including one who was supposed to get killed off early but who the writers kept around and who ultimately became probably the main fan favorite! Bear in mind that LOTS of the story is communicated in offscreen/implied ways, through briefly-hinted backstory, subtle facial expressions, et cetera ... Often many character choices (especially in s3 and s5) may seem rash or inexplicably evil or random, but virtually everything DOES have a line of reasoning and valid motivation behind it, even the worst actions taken by the most extreme characters. (There's only one antagonist in the whole series whom I'd call kinda flat in terms of just being a bad guy without much complexity, but he plays it so phenomenally well that he still feels fun to hate and I don't even care lol.) But yeah, one of the major strengths of the show is that there aren't really clear "bad guys" and that moral crisis follows the leads throughout the entire series. The nuance just isn't really clear on first watch a lot of the time. It took me many rewatches to connect a lot of the dots and find empathy for many characters and the tough choices they had to make. Anyway, I hope all that gets you excited! And yeah, Clarke, Raven, and Bellamy are absolutely fantastic characters, and the show does a lot of great stuff with each of them. :D Enjoy! Feel free to come react/gush/nerd out with me about it anytime lol, as you can tell I'm pretty enthusiastic about the show!

@@ItsAsparageese Oh, you don't have to worry about me regarding the show's 'dark' theme. I'm pretty used to shows and books having morally gray characters doing questionable things throughout the show/series. Most anime shows I've watched and books I've read are to blame. The thing I'm looking forward to the most about this show is someone from the main characters, preferably the one having the show's definition of 'a good life', doing something very stupid that'll be affecting a lot of the characters lives in a very bad way. Seeing that character suffer after all the happiness she/he received is just 🤌. That will surely be satisfying to watch, and I hope the show doesn't disappoint.

@@ItsAsparageese And I really like Clarke's character so far. Has the sense to lead. Not afraid to question Bellamy when people are clearly on his side, and end Atom once she knew she can do nothing to save him. That's what I remember most of her, so far. Bellamy I like because he's so 'I am the one in charge just because, and I know no one will question that because they know what's good for them'. He's not fit to lead. He's a good bodyguard though, and cute too. Raven, I like her too. I just don't have that much info about her because I'm still at episode 7. But her bravery and conviction to get to Earth just to see Finn, that guy, is just swoon worthy. She could've died using that old pod, but did that scare her? Maybe, but did that fear make her not want to get to Earth? Definitely not. I'm looking forward to more Raven in the upcoming episodes.

I really like your channel my only suggestion is on the visuals. Can you make the swaying/movement slower? It just feels too quick. I would recommend at least by half speed~
