Dude go read history and demographics, the berbers you are talking about were not arabised by the mohadines (ACTUAL BERBERS dynasty who decide to "arabise" north africa and leave their berbers culture aside) because they lived in far away locations (moutains) where infratructure (roads etc) where not present, so they were not that touched by this phenomena. But geneticly speaking we are still berbers and not "mixed" for 95% of us

I am a white male, born and raised in Bucharest-Romania, baptized in the Orthodox Church, even though I am Agnostic, or not very religious to say the least. :)) I have studied in Greece, and met a lot of people from a lot of countries, of all religions and I have a lot of muslim friends. I was in a rock band and half of us were muslims and they were very very good people. My best friend during college was actually a muslim guy from Kosovo named Mustafa and he was such a great guy. We really helped each other with projects, homework, advice in life. They are just people like us and I really can't comprehend how one can fear someone because of their name or religion...

It made me so happy to hear them say Palestinian, and not only Arab! As a Palestinian myself, I know how hard it is to say that sometimes. People (as mentioned in this video) tend to get uncomfortable, probably because they know what's going on, and know that they're doing very little about it. It's time to speak up, unite all people of the world, get together and stand for love and human rights! I think videos like these are a great startling point!

I started to learn arabic, very hard but soo beautiful!! Totally worth it, amazing poetry and literature! It is very important to appreciate and discover new cultures especially ancient ones. Love arabs from Armenia :)))

My daughter is 11 yrs old, we are caucasian and baptized Anglican, she has read the quaran and has now wears a hijab and considers herself a Muslim, I am proud of her and support her fully, its a beautiful loving religion and I just hope and pray more people will educate themselves to become less ignorant and hateful

That is true that Christians in pretty much every country in the Middle East are persecuted, but I disagree with the blanket statement that Muslims don't care. Muslims in the Middle East definitely need to be more outspoken against these crimes because they're the ones with the most power to change this. However, many Muslims do speak out about this.

monkiram where's your evidence? I live in the gulf region & I have many christian friends that say it was one of their best decisions moving here, the job opportunities are great & life is affluent regardless of religion. The only place i would say they are prosecuted is saudi arabia, besides that its peace all around in my view. I don't know much about north african arab countries but i'm under the impression that there are many christian egyptians and lebanese and their def not facing prosecution.

I am a Christian from Egypt. Lebanon and the UAE probably have it best, although I have heard that other parts of the Gulf are not good for Christians. Egypt has the largest population of Christians in the Middle East, and there is still a lot of persecution. The rest of the countries in Middle East have it much worse, Syria and Iraq, particularly in recent years, and as you mentioned, places like Saudi Arabia have been very bad for centuries (they are not allowed to own bibles, let alone build churches). You can google persecution of Copts or Christians from other Middle Eastern countries if you are want more details.

Aladino Honestly,the only way I believe we can have peace is that if all nations of the east (Especially the Gulf Arab countries) try and absorb self-Democratic mild secularism. Now don’t get me wrong I am religious myself,but if you knew the vast history of the east since perhaps the Islamic conquests,you would know that there was always going to be issues and discrimination based on religion and ethnic Grouping. For example an Arab Muslim would be on the top of the chain in society then let’s say a Mizrahi Jew who would’ve been facing discrimination from the other so called superior social groups. Also don’t get forget the Sunni-Shi’a Issues we have between Iran(Whose government will fall very soon btw) and Saudi. And of course we have the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and so on. So in my view I believe that we should all co-operate and live under a Democratic secular Government that has no control on any individual’s personal life.

Humming bird well, we are quick to say that Steve jobs is an arab because he is from a middle eastern arab country. many People in north Africa along side Lebanon don't see themselves as arab. But there are also many north africans who are proud to be an arab like the sudani lady who made this comment and many other. Also it's impossible for a white skinned arab to compete with a dark skinned arab on the subject of who is more arab... Cause white skin and dark skin are not skin colors of an ethnic arab.

Be proud of who you are. If you are a women, you are blessed. You make people. You give birth to life. If you are muslim be proud, because you were able to maintain what you believe inspite of all current occurences. If you are an Arabian be proud. You are the people who were able to prove your existence in the world by graduating remarkable people who are contributing significantly in the globe's economy and by being able to enfranchise your countries from previous terrorism. People be proud of how you are whoever you are. Don't let anyone make you feel bad by judging you or criticizing you. You don't live on their opinions. You live on your morals and what you believe which are two things you are free to choose.

Zed Oh stop trying to divert attention. I am not a Christian but i sure as hell know that no Christian country in the world executes Homosexuals or Apostates. The punishment for Apostates and Homosexuals is death and is commonly practised in the middle East. Honor killings, Female Genital Mutilation are all being practised today in the Islamic world. Sure the bible contains many similarities of punishments but the difference is that Christian countries are secular and no longer base everything on a book that has no evidence. In the Islamic world you do.

I am not arab but I am muslim. i could never understand why arabs in the midle east and white people insist muslims are arabs and why only one phenotype is marketed to the west.

The Observer Yet Israel is only 70 years old lol. You're right, the history has nothing to do with you, so why speak on it. Fact is Palestine has and always will exist, we've looked it up as you suggested. So your 'facts' turned out to be opinions. You should really not comment on something you're ignorant about.

@Λίνα Μοργκάναmost of the sepharads were expelled to the arab countries during the 15 century,they are arab speakers like most of the arab who have different ethnicities but spoke arabic as a first language
