This was nice to watch. I never knew my grandparents and I lost both my parents at a young age. We didn't have the best relationship which was unfortunate. I wish I had family to talk to during rough times. I'm an only child. This video gave me a small sense of what it's like to be loved and encouraged unconditionally. Thank you ❤

Nope. None of what any of these people said helps. And it's because they are not suffering right now. It's okay to struggle? You're not alone? I don't want to struggle anymore, and I know "I'm not alone," which is one if the most trite sayings in the mental health field. Be good to yourself and know that what you're feeling is real? I am good to myself and I already know that what I'm feeling is real. So irritating. Take some time off. Many people don't have time or money to take time off. Be patient with yourself? What does that even mean? Go get help. Therapy is expensive, and mist can't afford it. Things don't get better, they just change. Sometimes it's more enjoyable, sometimes not. The BEST advice you can give to depressed person is to find anything to enjoy and do it.

Why do people always wait until always someone decommissions themselves to say these wonderful things about them, yet they couldn't be bothered to do so when they were alive. Maybe the saying is true: " You will appreciate and value me after I'm dead. " Looks like that's the only way people will stop taking me for granted.
