ok the fact this tank included ALL the mods people 3d print or make for specs makes this FAR superior and im only 3 minutes into this video hahah wish i new about this one before i bought the spec!

Well designed aquarium.
I’ve had the aquatop 3 gallon desktop tank for years and really like it, wish it came with a glass top like their larger tanks though seems fancy! I like that the light can switch from white to blue/black lighting and it’s an easy all-included setup. The only thing I needed to add was a bubble stone, sand and decor.

its very promising. fluval spec beats it in horizontal swimming space but this at a first glance beats it in a majority of other categories

They’re just disposable carbon filters.
Is there a way to mod the tank to get rid of the black base and the black frames on the sharp edges? I want to try to make this tank frameless.

the side edges, i would assume so but definitely not the black base unfortunately. The plastic base is the only panel holding the water, there's no glass base
