    Another great video Josh. Again I learned many things like: it’s possible to ship small glass tank, what grow cup plants look like, and nano tanks can be cool! Regarding the plants, it’s the first time, I’ve seen what they look like live! No where, I’ve visited carries them. I noticed you were rinsing them in a container, can you please explain why! Roughly how many plants would you get in a cup? Another great looking scape. My shrimp which were outside for 12.5 hrs at 10c are all doing fine in a large Marina Breeder box on my desk. I was so tired, that, I’m going to start dip acclimating them now. All 40 are alive and enjoying their Java Moss. I put a few drops of a dechrlinator, which has other properties, in case of ammonia buildup over 60 hrs in bags. So all is well so far, fingers crossed. I will be running water tests, before transferring in to final tank. By the time they had reached room temperature, it was 4am and I was beat!! Thanks again for your great advice last night! Thankfully, they weren’t sitting outside for 24 hours and no Porch Pirates came by!

    That's annoying but still good news about the shrimp, the tissue culture plants are by pices they have heaps and a good way to ensure you don't get any pests and some solid growth in your new plants

    Hi, is that filer and heater setting under water? I bought the 30L one and wondering where to set them up.

  • @aquamate

    @aquamate

    2 жыл бұрын

    Hey Sky, nice work picking one up, yeah the heater and filter need to sit under water, just make sure the water that flowing out of the filter is breaking the surface, surface agitation (movement) produces oxegyn in the water for your shrimp and or fish. Good luck with it all, let me know how it goes

    Josh, I forgot. Here is a link to my Wood Cats. These are the ones we were discussing on JN Aquatics live stream the other night. kzread.info/dash/bejne/eWyjz7esqdDRerA.html these are only juveniles. Can reach 10 inches in 12 months. Not good with small community fish. Jason
