I actually really relieved Aqara din't try to jam another Zigbee hub into this one. It's a great camera at a great price. Apple needs to get it together and give us more than just 1080p for HSV. Thanks for the video Brad!

Hey Brad, once again, you provided a rocksolid review of what appears to be a great Aqara product. Thanks so much for your expertise and knowledge.

I have set it up in the HomeKit. But I receive more than 500 notifications in a day because it sees my wife and child. Although, it has recognised them from my album photos and have selected the "hide notifications" option still the notifications are sent. It's very frustrating because I want the camera notifications if a burglar came into the house but not sending all the time my family. Is there a solution for this?

Thanks for great video.. How do the aqara cameras compare with eufy options ? And is there ANY downside to enabling HomeKit. I had thought that maybe enabling it DOWNGRADED the recording of the SD and native😮 apps. Or is it only that the HomeKit versions are 1080p? If the Ho,me kit is redundant to the native SD and apparently, then it would seem not to be so important . And, if you were to choose Aqara or Eufy, which would you suggest. Lastly, I’m trying to experiment with Eufy Security for alarm, but I’m not sure they are very committed . You can’t buy Keypad [discontinued ] and they are missing smoke sensors and features to notify you of open doors when setting alarm etc. W😮host are your alarm system thoughts? Hey Brad, I don’t mean to hijack this comment section about a different camera, but is there an aqara or other brand you would recommend for outdoor Canadian winters? Preferably HK compatible, but something that is wired or uses a wall wort for power. Thanks a bunch.

So I’m confused about something they said WiFi 6 but it only supports 2.4ghz where as WiFi 6 is 5ghz only how do you add it to WiFi 6 then

WIFI6 does not require 5ghz band. You are thinking of WIFI6E. This camera only supports 2.4Ghz band.

can this be mounted upside down and invert the image in the app?

Just bought this camera and literally was dead out of the box wouldn't power on or do anything, this is already the second product that I bought from aqara and it's dead out of the box brand new. Very annoying.
