I'm not a photographer but I immediately noticed the difference. Looks amazing
When Robins appear loved ones are near, grandma is watching over you 🥰
Your photography background is clearly evident in your garden design & video shots. Add top notch equipment to the mix & now your videos are even more gorgeous! What a joy it must be to garden in such a beautiful allotment while documenting all the magical moments. Thank you!❤

So kind, thank you ☺️
What treasure you have, that robin of yours!!! Love from Rome❤ ciao Katrina.😊
Enjoy your new camera! There is some lovely footage on this video. Thanks to you and Robin for sharing your time with us! 😊
The SLR has made a noticeable difference! Good investment for the years to come! Will love seeing the winged photo bomber in future videos! Hope the fish are doing well. The rest of the potatoes will take 5 minutes it's everything else - peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc - that you don't need to rush for as they will catch up quickly.
Congratulations on winning over the trust of Mr Robin... He's an interesting buddy to have around.
I wish I had robins on my allotment! They are so cute! Those little legs 😁
Robins will sell their little birdy souls for live mealworms! Lovely views of it feeding.
Hello Katrina, I love how you just said plenty of time. So many other folks are asking is it too late for this and that and I hear some folks saying it might be but give it a go and see. I have not even reached my average last frost date here!! I can't believe the size of those giant rhubarbs with the red stalks!! I am so happy that you have invested in yourself with the new camera. We all understand the concepts of making due and planning budgets and learning to live within our means. Yet if a new camera reignites and increases your enthusiasm for the photo and video endeavors it is so worth it. Also you deserve it. Cya next time peace and blessings, Steven
The camera footage is excellent. I always enjoy your videos and advice. Thank you
Love that robins are so human friendly with us gardeners and like to be nosy, especially in case we tuff up a worm or two!
I have found that to eliminate a lot of that stressful feeling is to neatly write down all the jobs that need to be done. Then you can go over them in a relaxed manner some evening and decide what to do first then next,....
April showers.... and the weather now is so lovely! 😊
Wow you must be overjoyed with the friendly Robin ,he became your muse fir your new gear
The colours are so vibrant Such a lovely evening video. Thank you for sharing💝🇨🇦
Your garden is looking splendid! I love all the beautiful blooms and foliage. Your Robin friend, sitting on your camera taking a good look at you, is delightful. Do! Do keep bees! Even if they are only the pollinating type of bees, not necessarily honey bees, which are obviously more work but then there is that beautiful honey! Cheers!
My dream.. Maybe in next life I will have my own allotment and live in a cool place and grow apples, peaches, strawberries and hollyhocks.
The focus and color are stunning with your new gear. You are so sweet.❤
So glad you got the robin footage, nature is amazing..
My Mum passed away two years ago and selling the family home, included a beautiful Discovery Apple tree. I have just planted my own and it has a few blossoms on it. Love your content. Great job.

We have 2 young apple trees in our tiny garden. They didn't flower last year, so no fruit. This year, they have come into leaf yet and are way behind others in the area. Blienham Orange, and another which we can't remember the name of. However, we live in hope...
Looks gorgeous!
Good investment, the footage quality confirms it. Thanks for the tour.
Aww you are very lucky with that robin. It's just amazing!
I would think most people are behind with their plots. It has been so difficult with the weather.
I immediately noticed the improved quality of your footage...you have invested well. Everything looks fresher and brighter 🌿🌱🌸 Robin Red Breast is super sweet ❤
Ah, April! My favorite month... Love the tour, Katrina- and the new gear makes your footage even more eye-catching! I believe it was worth the splurge, for certain! Don't feel to bad about being a little behind, for I am in the same dilemma. We will all get it all done, eventually! 😃 Excited for the new content coming! -Emma
I am definitely feeling the panic! I was quite ill since the end of December and very recently recovered. Trying to play catch up! Also - in Irish tradition, a robin coming to see you is someone who has passed away saying hello. My grandmother had one she fed in her later years, and after she passed a robin started coming to see my sister.
Camera was worth it...picture is amazing 😊 📷
I love your allotment looks beautiful and that Robin is so cute💚👍🌞
The footage is beautiful and clear..wonderful allotment
Adore your Robin!!! More of him or her please!!
Such a beautiful video! A really noticeable difference. So lovely to see your smiling face and your lovely garden again.
Hi Katrina great footage on your new camera and lovely footage of Mr Robin many thanks !
Always enjoy sitting with a cuppa and catching up on the latest on the plot
Howdy Katrina, your plot looks great, lots of flowers. I did most of my preparations in March within my greenhouse, and planted the dahlias outside on the southern exposure last week. About 2/3 of them have already poked above ground. Last freeze date is in mid May, but I started earlier since the greenhouse is freeze free since January or February. (Heating is all passive solar) It has to get below -5C before I start to worry and cover the plants. My strawberries are producing enough for my wife and I to enjoy them with our cereal. Tomatoes are blossoming and the herbs are thriving: rosemary, thyme and chives. I cleaned out the mint as it overruns the place. Just sowed the cilantro, it likes cool nights to sprout. Thanks for sharing your garden!
Love robin's they are one of the friendliest birds. Always lovely to see them so close. I have one near my back garden and it comes down where I've been digging for worms x
Katrina ❤ the camera footage is Christel clear really lovely, always love your videos and great advice Thank you
Such beautiful vivid colours Xx
The apple blossom was enchanting and the robin was a delight. I am on track with my seed sowing but rodents, slugs and even my cat Brian keep eating the seedlings so I don't know how much food I will end up growing this year! Greetings from a cottage garden in Wales
I have been following your channel for years and I’ve always loved loved your videos. I have to say I really noticed a difference on this video. The quality is so much better ❤❤❤❤❤
Love honesty, you first introduced me to this beautiful plant. Mine are purple 😊
Aw how special, my dream also to have the beautiful Robin eat from my hand.. The apple blossom is stunning and everything looks Lovley.
Beautiful clear footage Katrina, wow what a difference ♥️
Oh, how lovely for the robin to trust you enough to get that close 😊
Great news that your Robin is feeding from your hand. I used to have a friendly robin that although never gained that much confidence, used to come awfully close and just spend time with me while I was working on the garden. I too am really behind with sowing, mostly due to work commitments and atrocious weather,(East Yorks), but did get my Farmer Gracy Dahlias potted up a fortnight ago and built a makeshift cold frame for them. Everything else including Sweet Peas are still in packets so I'm hoping and praying I'm not too late. Great news is I'm having a potting shed delivered and erected on Wednesday,(I'm allowed a day off work to help and oversee), so have big plans for the upcoming Bank Holiday next weekend. I was going to do something today but our weather is shocking so I'm indoors cleaning vinyl and researching what to do next weekend. Thanks for another great post. Your white Honesty looks amazing. Congratulations on your new camera. I'm a very keen photographer to but my Nikon doesn't do video and I'm not in a hurry to upgrade just yet.
oh gosh. just came across your channel today. how Wonderfull it all is. thank you so much for sharing!! I just planted potatoes in march and they are coming up already. and as for the ROBIN!!!! my heart!!!! soooooo fabulous. you are like Snow White. and soon we all will be. amazing changes are coming. so lovely to peek into your enchanted garden realm!!! awesome camera gear too. enjoy!!! 💙💙💙
Lovely allotment. I love rhubarb crumble. Also pear and cinnamon crumble. Mmmm..
Fabulous content and it's lovely to see the Robin interaction.
You should fashion a Robin perch on the front of the Canon. Then he can co-host.
Amazing colors. Good equipment and happy that you're happy ❤ Same here - a week filled with seedsz
The video quality with the new camera is excellent, particularly on close-ups. Keep up the good work!
Yes I could tell the quality of this video was so much better. I think your soft voice told Mr Robin you're very nice, must be fun to have him tagging along 🥰 Have you seen the channel Paul T's world.? He gardens in the UK, hasn't had a video lately, when he does, there's a robin hanging out with him too. He mentioned it sits on the kitchen windowsill waiting for his morning breakfast.
We watch Emma's Allotment and she has a robin who comes around every time she's there. She has named him Einstein:)
love your videos lv Irene 😘 xx
Coucou 👋🏻 👋🏻 👋🏻 Un vrai plaisir à regarder, merci pour ce partage 😊 A bientôt
It's the robin from The Secret Garden!!! Sweet!

Congratulations on your wedding , wishing you health and happiness.
Wow, the images on this video are amazing, Katrina! And how lovely that mr Robin is not camera shy!
The colours are more vibrant with this new camera. The video is too short, wish I could see more, it is so relaxing and interesting to watch. 😊 Good idea with Patreon.
Wow, the video quality is noticably improved!!! Not that I noticed it wasn't before - but wow- its ultra clean great picture - the lighting, idk it looks awesome. Great looking plot!!! I feel behind too! It's that busy time. Well wishes to you, husband and lovely robin. ❤🐦❤️
Its all looking so lush and beautiful thays the upside of all this rain. I'm a bit behind here in Surrey it been no better.. my toms have taken ages to get going, but nkw its a bit warmer they will soon catch up . I'm so chuffed to hear you'll be making more vlogs as I love them. The new camera captures the detail and colours so beautifully thank you 😊
The place looks so clean and neat. Love the Robin footage too.
I can't wait to join your Patreon - the film from the new camera is great.
Some nice shots of your plants that would have been much harder with just a phone, so yes, thumbs up on the new camera! That robin is so cute. I love how he sits on your camera and how you and him have become friends. I remember him from a previous video too, so, nice to see the relationship develop.
Hello Katrina ☺. When robins appear, loved ones are near . Sending love & Light 🐞🌻🐝🌹🦋 xx
Quality video loved the robin feeding. Must try feeding the robin that visits me when I am working in the evenings.
Fantastisch Good Tour te moostiun thans te video Top weekend grootjes ✔️🤗⛅☕🍓🌳🌱🌼🌸👍🥔🦋🐝
Just love Robins they follow me round all day I feed them any small worms I find I’ve been super busy mundane grass cutting and working on veggie plot and sowing wild flower seeds where being pushed by nature now can hardly keep up Nice video 👍🏼 thank you
Hello to my youutube gardening insperation! You've inspired me to give potatoes a go for the first time this year... So fingers crossed!..... My peonies look exactly like yours. Mine are a very pale pink. I'll try and send you a picture when they are in bloom and my rhubarb is ready for picking. Yum!..... Keep those videos coming, I'll be watching! ❤😊
I've recently found your channel, and have to say, I'm really enjoying it! Just taken on a small allotment, so I'm looking forward to all your content 😊
Talking about cameras, another plot holder on my allotment site gave me a all singing and dancing trail cam. Can’t wait to set it up and see what goes on when I’m not there! Not as fancy as a Canon EO5
A great investment, you can really tell the difference! You reminded me that I did a photography course years ago and should get back into it, thanks 🎉❤
Yah. Another Katrina post just in time for my late lunch. You timed uploading this perfectly.
Loved this vid great little friend ❤️
Lovely
Fantastisch katriena Tour te moostuin perfect you te best te moostuin thans te video Good weekend 👍🎈🌺🌤🌱🍓🍀🦋
I’m so far behind as well so this has given me a little nudge. The plot is still looking so beautiful though. I think I’m going to make sure I get some more flowers in this year ready for next year 😊
don't worry its been so cold and wet stuff will soon catch up unless you're going to the expense of heat and lights. Well done on the new camera always good to see another Canon user😎
mind blowing
lovely video katrina
great video love the Robin footage. our robins here in the US are much larger and shy birds.
The new camera is working great!
The quality is clearly way better than the phone. Good move Katrina, afraid I can't do your patron at the mo'. .take care
Looks like I'm going to have to upgrade my TV now you've a super camera 😁....I have a very friendly blackbird who I'm very close to hand feeding....he loves the worms when I'm digging...Robins are the best though ❤
So much beauty already! I have never seen rhubarb that big! The picture is crystal clear. Have you considered that the robin is female? Or that both mom and dad gather food for their brood? It's a testament to you that you have built this relationship... you encouraged the robin to trust you! Well done.
Hiya Katrina, truly enjoyed a visit with you and Robin Well deserved gift for yourself and all of us re new equipment. Take care southern Ontario Canada 🇨🇦🐝
The new camera looks great - can it shoot in 4K? I know the file size of the video gets quite big, but since I got my 4K monitor I can't believe I ever used to watch anything else.
Hi Katrina. I think it's wise you haven't taken the orchard on. Concentrate on the beauty you have on your lovely plot and your skills with the camera. Just wondered which rhubarb you have. I dug mine out because the stems were green and really sour. Your red stems look magnificent! The Robin footage is fab. I'm going out with the mealworms today! Happy weeding, Shoshanah x
Lovely video, the photography is great. Love the robin ! We had a family friend who used to wear a perfume called Apple Blossom by Helena Rubinstein, the real thing is nicer …
Your rose ,s are looking so healthy no black spots . Have you any tips for keeping them healthy.
I noticed right away the beautiful color on the video. Love the robin, so sweet 🌼🐝
🥰🥰
