April’s First Time In Sedona!

Recently we got the chance to head down to the Sedona Mountain bike festival and check out some of the trails in Sedona, Arizona. With so many great options we weren’t sure what to check out but after getting some advice from our friend Steve from Hardtail Party we decided to head out on a fun cruise down Slim Shady! We had a blast and even got to session a technical climb for a little bit :)

Ahhh the aha moment when Kyle says, isn't life great! Very nice to see you too enjoying each other mountain biking. My wife and I are looking forward to Red dirt at cuyuna mountain bike trail in Crosby Minnesota. It's an absolute gorgeous place to park an RV for the weekend. She's a nurse so we can only go every other weekend, part of being married to a nurse. We both understand your situation and it looks like you're recovery is well on its way. 10:27 Kyle: “That was a good line.” (Valid genuine complement). Then climbs straight up the middle of a staircase of rocks from a standstill. I'm so glad to see you back on the bike and getting better. In an attempt to provide encouragement - At age 29 I had a cardiac arrest b/c of a medication F*up and experienced a cardiac arrest where I received 69 minutes of CPR and 2.5 hrs of cardiac bypass, and, have been on beta blockers ever since... but, at 45 , I'm in the best shape of my life, have been enjoying your videos, biking every chance I can, and am the head coach for a NICA team (that I founded) where my star athlete is my 15 year old daughter. You can do this!
So good to see you both out on the trails doing stuff I could never do. You're both awesome.

Good to see you getting back out there. We rode Sedona for the first time in February. Did some of the same trails based on where we were staying. Being from Michigan, was so fun seeing different stuff. Sedona lived up to the hype. Cant wait to get back.
