Thank you Kelly for sharing the acupressure mat, as well as your April favs. I too, have chronic pain (fibromyalgia & endometriosis), so I might need to try this. It's crazy you brought up phones/social media..You're always so relatable! I have been off Facebook, Instagram, etc since September. I only get on KZread for skincare. It's been honestly so nice and I'm so glad I made the decision to take a break. Sometimes social media can be so draining, depressing and toxic. Stay well and healthy my friend. @KellyDriscoll girl I turned 40 and im like...I'm done with social media for awhile. Lol Spending more time being present, enjoying hobbies, nature and just time to get back to the basics. I always love your videos bc you always mention something thats currently relatable..whether a product, skin issues, life..and so on. I literally watch your videos in the morning as I'm doing my skincare and having some 'me' time. Always enjoy your content😉

I absolutely love my acupressure mat. I’ve had it since 2014 and it’s held up nicely. I also have a smaller version that I fold over for my neck or use it for my feet. I’m so glad you mentioned it and have had a good experience with it too ☺️

I am so glad you mentioned chronic pain. I get tense muscles in my neck but also my hips and knees, mostly from tight glutes and IT band syndrome. I may try a acupressure mat. Also love the book mention. I have been meaning to read it. I will say, quitting social media (other than KZread, if you count it) has helped immensely. Having as much time off the smartphone or computer is vital. These things were designed to addict us - yes, addict. It's all on purpose. And for God's sake people, get off Tiktok. It's rotting your brain.

You'll love the mat for tight glutes, you can do yoga like stretching on it to hit all the areas, I even like it when my feet feel fatigued! And you'll really enjoy the book too, the author dives into the way technology has been designed and why they have the incentive to keep us hooked. The book also dives into some of the proposed changes and regulations that might help, which is interesting to think about.

What would be your gardening sunscreen suggestions lol!!! HA! I was going to suggest the Kiss Me Mommy. It’s sweatproof, waterproof, and looks SO GOOD under makeup, I can’t stop using it. If I go outside, it’s the one I wear. My husband even loves it.

I recently watched a fantastic video of hers that compares the Laniege skin cream to a variety of similar essences which are kind of similar to the Dr Ceuracle essence . It could be helpful!
