I love how the writers crafted each pairing with an underlying motif to them. Leslie and April - Mother and daughter Ron and April - Father and daughter Andy and April - Golden retriever and cat Ron and Andy - Father and son Donna and Jerry/Gerry/Larry - Coolest, most popular girl in school and the biggest nerd in school Ben and April - Brother and sister Ron and Donna - Multiverse counterparts
