Thank you so much for this video, i will install Bakery right now, it seems so nice and useful ❤ There is also an app called Intellect that i love, it has like "courses" (everything for free) about different topics all aiming for self improvement (such as coping mechanisms, beating procrastination, assertiveness, etc). Each course is split into short lessons that you finish very quickly, it's fun. It also has rescue sessions for when you had a rough day and need help or reassurance. Very recommended ❤
