But I hear you in reference to getting proper training and setting up your own technical schools to train the people properly. @Lori Traub: A Petrochemical Engineer working in Bank or Banker working in Petrochemical Firm is not the problem if the person in question has the needed preriquisites, all professions are needed in big Industries for it to be really successful and substainable over time, this is also the practice in western countries.

Then why are you saying 70% of what they said is not true? Or you didn't watch the video to the end? Because we stated that there are those who are very good at their jobs. And we gave an instance of one who ran off to start up his own shop who hasn't completed his own training, and he is going to teach other people that half knowledge.
