the auto industry recommends a maximum of 3 degrees pitch and .5 degrees minimum. an extreme drive line pitch will cause vibrations at high speeds and more u joint wear. so if you dont plan on running at high speeds or long distances youll be fine

The 1959 Volvo 544 dismantle and paint stripping is going wel as well with Doug's assistance. It was great to hear that Nate and Doug''s Birthday Celebration was fun for Team Hiltz. Dear Chad, when spotwelding, I often use a 5 m/m hole puncher in the edge of the plate and it is very easy, faster and look better. Regards from Denmark.

Your engine and trans are to high and the drive shaft is going to go thru the floor .

I am about to dao a whole floor too. I love that you make it look so easy and manageable. You keep building and ill keep watching.

The thing about trying to do everything really fast is most of us are building cars for ourselves, so we aren’t under a time constraint. It’s different when you’re building for someone else. That’s time and materials. I like to go to the garage do one project and not get stressed about time taken.

Yes, I agree that it all comes down to enjoying what you’re doing. So the original comment here is exactly right. Why put the stress of a false deadline on yourself? Chad often says to make yourself happy...and then ruins it with the pressure of time.

I believe he likes to challenge himself on the time and he probably used to doing it like he was on TV. And everyone doesn't have to do it just like he does. He says that many of times. You do it your way so you're happy. It takes time to film an hour of video and set it all up to post to KZread.

@@peterland7388 Thats just him. he works best that way. what 5 or so cars going at once. I figure just use his Tekneek and work at whatever pace you want. I have been watching this hole build and am almost ready to go sweep the garage to start. but I'm HAPPY.
