David will welcome Axelos’ Akshay Anand, lead architect for the ITIL programme and ITSM product ambassador, to share his thought leadership on the service value system and its applications. Akshay will also give us insight in to the service value chain and its associated activities.
David also welcomes Kumaravel Ramakrishnan, Director of ITSM Marketing at the Zoho Corporation, to share his thoughts on how to apply these principles to tie data, process and technology and implement a new hire process using ManageEngine’s ITSM tool, ServiceDesk Plus.
