Hello, can I use enhance DBS certificate for criminal information instead of my home country criminal information

No, you need to obtain Police certificate from abroad if you lived any time in last 5 years. Abou UK DBS, The SIA obtaining DBS by themself, you do not need to get it by yourself and fee is include in SIA fee.

You need to contact with SIA if you already have the qualification with one name, The SIA will help you to create he the account and fill the application form, the second option is you can write down your fist name and last name as well and proceed and at the end email to SIA they will help to sort it out.
