hello! what temperature do you use? thank you 😊

Im seriously thinking of doing this since I want to work woth different colors. Especially black. Would you recommend the same settings you used for any dtf transfer on mouse pad? Also how long would this hold up?

I'm not sure, we can only speak about our own transfers. Each company uses different materials and have different processes. It has held up very well.

Which is better for mouse pads- DTF or sublimation?

Sublimation is probably “better” but dtf is more versatile so just showing it can be done right with dtf as well

Is there absolutely ZERO different feeling on the mousepad after applying the image?

The transfer embedded very well. There is no added touch to the pad. You could close your eyes and wouldn't be able to tell there was a transfer there.

We had one we used for 2 years. Recently got rid of it because we got rid of the computer.

Is there a special printer that I can make my own transfers with and program?

You'll need a DTF Printer to print transfers. I recommend purchasing your transfers first until you get to a point that it makes sense to print your own transfers. Whats the name and mode of your heat press ?

We have several different heat presses that we work with. The particular heat press in the video is a geoknight 16x20" clam shell press.

Is this heat pressing on micro woven cloth? Like steelseries mouse pad?

I'm not sure about steel series but this is a mouse pad and it works very well.

@@MarInvesteert just depends on the look you want to achieve, DTF or Sublimation will do the job. They will look slightly different. Texture, color vibrancy, level of detail. It’s not that one is better than the other. It’s like comparing marker vs ballpoint pen. Try both and see which one you like better.

@@transfersuperstars i already have a heatpress myself and i want to get a transfer printer. The most important part is that it doesn’t block the mouse or change the surface too much 😅

Not sure, its in the description. There's no feeling to the press at all. We still use it.

Very nice video but ABSOLUTELY NOT working unfortunately! ;( You end up with a COMPLETELY black image WITHOUT the printed color on the pad! It's a shame ;(

What are you talking about? It transferred perfectly fine. The mousepad itself is black

@@transfersuperstars What I'm talking about is that if I follow your video here, my picture is BLACK on a BLACK mouse pad and NO colors can be seen! However, on a white pad you can see the colors perfectly!
