I have the SE. It’s my first Apple Watch, and I’m amazed of how fast and good its synchronized. I was curious, and I must say, I’m impressed how good Apple products work (together). Btw, I like your videos. Keep up the good work 👊🏼👊🏼

Great content! I still own a series 5 and it’s still working pretty dam well! It’s smooth and offers me everything I need, which is basically only work outs and time showing.. great job with your channel, keep it up! Cheers from 🇧🇷🙌🏼

Remember, when you say that this watch charges 33% faster, you are quoting Apple in their comparison of the series 7 to the 6. In the context of comparing this watch to the SE, it is 100 percent quicker! As in it charges twice as fast! This is a very important distinction and is what led me to purchase the 7 over the SE.

I squeezed 6 years out of my Series 2, and it’s still going. But, a bit laggy now. Hoping I’m as lucky with my new Series 7.

is there a texting keyboard for the SE? never had an applewatch but being able to text on it is crucial for me.

Hi Rani, no, there is not. Apple kept this for its 7 series. With the SE you can only text via dictation or via a letter by letter approach. So if texting is important you should, if possible of course, go for the 7

Series 7. First Apple Watch and Im loving it.

Getting my series 7 in a few days time. I’m coming from the series 3 and was contemplating between the SE and 7 and eventually chose the 7 as it was going for really good discount for the starlight color 45mm. It’s only $30 more than the SE RRP price.

Hi Vedang, the answer is “no”. It is activated by tapping on the activation button only unlike with “hi Siri” when the mike runs 24/7. This minimizes the impact on battery life; I recommend using it this way, especially if you have a SE or earlier model

Agreed! A feature that on the surface may seem small, but makes a significant difference in day to day use. No wonder Apple keeps it for the flagship model 😉

Hi thanks for the vid. I’m trying to decide between the two and getting se (gps+cellular) for same price as 7 with just gps. I wanted to know if the cellular is gona be a huge feature ill miss? I much prefer using my phone to call but since I’ve never used a watch for calls i wouldnt know! Would value your feedback! Thanks!

Hey Dion I bought an Iphone 13 mini in the midnight colorway with the apple midnight case after watching your videos about it, (and I love it) and now that I am thinking about buying an Apple Watch Series 7, also thanks to your videos (great work by the way I love your videos), I am wondering which band would match my Iphone best, between the leather, modern buckle and the normal silicone one! It would be really cool if you did a video about that!

Hi, while the sapphire glas is more resistant to scratches than the other models, I would still advice to take a screen protector to protect it against mini scratches

I just feel like they can give the keyboard to series 6 atleast for 44mm variant, the display is bigger than 41mm series 7.

@@damifash758 hey, sorry my bad, ur right. I recently got series 7 in 41mm and my wife has the SE in 44 and its larger.

Apple Watch SE is still going to last for a few years ahead since it still releasing the next generations of Apple Watch Series SE 2 watch and could be lasts more than the current Apple Watch SE. The Series 7 might be discontinued as the Series 8 will replacing the Series 7 and it was the last for iPhone 7/7Plus user with the Apple Watch. For the iPhone 6s/6S Plus user, the Series 5/6 might be consider to get as it still support for the devices until to iOS 15 as it final updates. As for myself, the series 6 had been mostly a great watch and it still gives my daily basis at work and at outdoor business.its the last Apple Watch I ever own. and might not be upgrading 5 years ahead after the iOS 15 is ended this year in 2022 and beyond.

Mixed stories over there. officially you should be able to swim with, but at the same time Apple is not giving a guarantee if you do. I know someone who happily swam with the 7 for 2 1/2 years, but now has problems with less well functioning watch. Rainproof and so it is, no doubt

For most people, the charging time shouldn’t matter too much, because you normally charge it while sleeping.

No you don’t. The sleep tracking has been hugely improved in watchOS 9, why would I charge it while I sleep? The idea is to fully use the watch as it is meant to be used.

Yes they are both waterproof up to 50 meters deep for half an hour if I remember correctly.

I have the Apple Watch series 3 lol I'm thinking of upgrading but don't know if it's worth it or not! I have notice with my when I get sent a picture I don't see it until like the next day or until another message comes in very weird!

Hi Caleb, interesting, I do not have this experience. Clearing up some space of even resetting to the original factory settings might help. Other, more expensive option, is to upgrade to the SE of even to the 7:)

No. That is exclusive to series 7

Apple needs to concentrate on battery life. If you don’t care about “not medical device” medical devices, or if you have had an always on display and realized it took hours off of your battery life, and until battery life increases by ALOT, my family’s Apple Watch purchases will be dictated by what’s cheapest on Black Friday or Cyber Monday.

Hi Charles, that is true of course, but the beauty of the smart watch are all its features, so if you turn off too many, it might be better on battery, but it stops being smart:)

It blows that you can’t have a regular keyboard on the SE, but you can on the 7. It really doesn’t make much sense, they essentially have the same screens. The 7 is only ever so slightly, microscopically larger than the SE, so i dont get why they wouldn’t allow you to use a normal keyboard on the SE if you wanted to. Just having the choice to do so would be nice for a 300 dollar “smart watch”.
