Apple Vision Pro Review After 100 Hours - Real Day in the (Work) Life!
The Apple Vision Pro is here and while many think it's just another AR/VR headset, this video will walk you through a typical day in my life while using the Apple Vision Pro. And this will show you why it's a much better choice than the Meta Quest 3 or other headsets if you are serious about getting work done.
So in this video, we cover video editing with Apple Vision Pro, responding to emails, setting up my to-dos, creating my perfect Vision Pro setup, and more. Enjoy and stay tuned for the full review!

Probably not full-time as it’s significantly heavier than say a headset which one can wear all day long, but it could definitely improve workflow for more tech- or creativity-related positions in my opinion

I wonder, if multiple screens are possible from the mac. I connected 2 external screens with synaptics DisplayLink Manager on my M2 MacBook Air, so I had three displays. How does the vision pro react? Next question: using a xdr display, the reason for most people ist the need of a reference monitor for an reasonable price. Is the color reference in the Vision Pro in the same qualitiy?

Awesome “Day in the life demo.” I learned a couple of tips from this video - so thanks. I have been using my AVP daily and love it. I agree with you - definitely helps with productivity. One Question - have you had any issues with sharing content? For Example - when I am in photos and try to share it locks up - but if I am in iMessage or Mail - I am able to attach from there. This does not seem to be limited to photos - but it is an easily repeatable issue.

How's it been after like 2 weeks with the headset? How's your productivity going? I've tested it at launch for some hours but couldn't find I could get to a peak productivity using it to it's limitations of a 1st gen headset. I own some VRs for a while, and from my experience I could see many of the main flaws of this headset even before launch and confirmed after I tested it myself and found even more things (weight unbalance, eye tracking not fast enough sometimes, not multiple mac screens / not enough seamless experience with multiple devices etc...). However, I've been wondering if I was missing something... Your video is the first one I see that's really positive on the productivity side, even after acknowledging the headset is clearly ''not ready'', but pays off if you want to be really productive. So that's why I was wondering if you changed your mind after ~10 days...? Tks

It would be so easy for apple to enable different desktops open on your mac, to be placed all around you, that’s not like a dual display, they can just render it only when you look at it, basically the same as when you use multiple desktops now on your mac and switch between them using finger swipes. Then it would absolutely be a killer tool, the vision pro.

Honestly, I completely understand why the Apple Vision Pro is so expensive. It’s amazing!

Thinking about it, it's actually a bargain. When I see the cost of old computers that are stone age compared to this, they were very expensive. The first Mac cost the equivalent of $7,000 in today's money and compare the tech in that to this. When looking at the bigger picture, it's an incredible price. $3,500 for your own personal movie theatre, and everything else it does? Amazing!

everything ive seen still leads me to my initial thoughts that spacial computing is clunky, dystopian, and gimmicky. I dont see how the illusion of having multiple moniters is worth it. this just isnt practical enough. this certainly does not beat having nice monitors

What do you mean at 6:24 that AirPod max are cursed? Do you mean they work poorly with Apple Vision Pro? Or is it some kind of inside joke they don’t work well at all?

If you watch his video around 3:20 he reaches for his AirPods Max and knocks over his booze. So he's saying they are cursed.

Hey Brandon, I know this is your job, but with everything you do in terms of products and applications, when do you ever have time for fun? Inquiring minds…

Seems like it would be super distracting having so much shit haha, but for applications where you really need multiple displays like video editing or unreal engine it makes sense. Moving your head takes way more effort than moving “spaces” on mac.

You can’t edit Final Cut and edit photoshop at the same time. Just toggle. It’s only one keyboard and mouse…you can’t do both.
