As far as I know only the home screen customization features were on Android. I don’t think the flashlight one and the emoji one were on Android or are now. But I do think Android can do all of them.

If I see a "Android vs iOS" I'm gonna lose it. I'll admit iOS did good. But the only thing i found that are not in android yet are the custom emojis and the flashlight thing. But there are certain apps that do that already. The "you can now move your icons thing" was already on Android. But the unique color your icons is great, only some phones can do that.
