These apple and date muffins with the savoury addition of cheddar are perfect for a snack, brunch, or a coffee break with friends!

Ingredients:
Egg 2 m
Brown sugar 75 g
Apple puree 3 tb
Cinnamon ¼ ts
Apple chopped (medium size) 1n
Dates chopped 75 g
All purpose flour 150 g
Wheat flour 150 g
Baking powder 1 tb
Butter 50 g
Directions:
Take a bowl add eggs, brown sugar, mix it well, add apple puree, cinnamon powder, chopped apple (soaked in the lemon water), add chopped dates, mix it well and keep it aside.
Take a bowl add all purpose flour, wheat flour, baking powder, mix this, then add butter and crumble the flour and add this into the egg mixture mix this like a dropping consistency.
Take the mixture drop into the muffin moulds and bake them at 200 c for 15 to 20 minutes. After that sprinkle the icing sugar on top.
