The first minute of that was like a trailer for a French black and white film where two people keep running into each other and their fates forever intertwined because of Airtags. It will be coming to a theater near you this fall.

I love the idea that your girlfriend did, i have this keychain that is by a company called Oventure (just a big O vegan leather bracelet style keychain-for hands free) & I attach my zip wallet, along with my AirPods and keys of course so will be able to find all in one.. once i attach the AirTag. Another thing i also always seem to lose is that dang remote 🙈 haha, so ones def going on there as well.. thanks again for sharing these with us! Appreciate the video!!

What an intro Nikias, 10/10!

The biggest hint for the AirTags you’ve hidden to recover an item from a thief is to disable the beep - the sound. Not that difficult to do. Lots of KZreads showing you how. If the thief hears it beep it’s going to be pitched. I’m putting 2 in my bike. One soundless inside the carbon frame. The other in my bike bag.

I was just wondering. Is there any way to locate my phone with my air tag. For instance if I lose my phone I used to be able to press my Tile and it would make my phone ring. Can I do that with the AirTag.

Check eBay - they have silicone covers for AirTags for sticking them to your remote! I have 2 in order - hoping to use one for AirPod pro.

Firstly, I love the intro, the editing and everything; however, I have issues with some of your use cases. As we know, AirTags don’t have a SIM card in them or GPS; they use Bluetooth, the U1 chip and the GPS of the phone it comes in contact with, so the range is about 30-50 feet; during set up, there is no ‘Car’ or ‘Pet’ option as someone else’s iPhone would need to come in 30-50 feet of the AirTag, which is unlikely if it's inside a car or on a scared pet that's trying to stay away from people. If you want to track a vehicle or a pet, you need to buy a tracker with GPS and a SIM card in it (look on eBay), and you need to pay for service on it, not a $29 AirTag. These devices are suitable more for lost items (keys, bags) in public places, which you covered very well in the video, but things like cars and pets, it won't work very well in my view, that's probably why Apple didn't put them on the list when you set one up. I have similar concerns for using it with children and drones. Also, AirPods already have ‘Find My’ abilities built-in (although they lack a U1 chip). As for using it to track a bike that's been stolen, they probably won't work either due to the privacy feature of alerting someone if an AirTag that doesn't belong to them is moving with them, hence why Apple is selling this to track lost items and haven't said stolen items in the marketing.

Great intro! I believe the perception that AirTags are there to protect your property is the main wrong perception of many users. Actually they are there to find your misplaced things. You have many valuable examples in your video PLUS in many areas you will also find nice people who will return your travel bag like in your intro!
