UNC isn’t “always winning” and it’s been an incredible series of football games. Born and raised Tar Heel who spent some of the best years of my life at App for undergrad during that back2back2back championship run and the Michigan game. No bias either way.

I’m so happy that there was no pass interference. Even though I’m a Tarheel, I question wether it was pass interference or not looking at the last clip.

Hampton carried that team. Without him that team would have been blown out by App state.

We had no answer for him. Bottled up Maye easily (until the prevent defense towards the end) but Hampton was getting nearly a first down on average every carry.

That Game was Crazy like last year's game ,Instead of USC, An Stanford joining tha ACC,Should Be App State, An Penn.state or FL,Gators, least it would be East Coast,Acc..I really throught App State was going to beat Unc in this game, Glad we kept going An Got tha Win..Really good App,State Football team..

Games like this are exactly why no one wants to play App St. they are a quality G5 program that will beat the big guys if they sleep walk. Not much incentive in playing them because you’ll pay them all this money for them to come out and they’ll mess around and beat you too 😂😂

Could someone explain to me why on every play our corners are giving a 7 to 8 yard cushion off the line? Geez this team kept throwing short passes to the flat and sidelines and our line had no chance to put any pressure on the qb. So frustrating when it happens all game! Just force them to beat you deep until it happens. Coaches make too much money to let this continue to happen.

AppState fan here, I thought the same thing when I saw it live. The replay showed multiple angles and it turned out to be a good no-call, Davis tripped over his own feet. Tough way to end the game but the line ref got that one correct unfortunately.

That finger roll at the end was the dumbest thing ever

Looks like UNC learned some things from Nick Saban. Pay the refs off and you might win a game or 2. That last no call of the game was complete bs. The UNC defender tackled the receiver when the ball was in the air.

He was not in possession of the football when he entered the inzone. But I’m not gonna cry ab it. We played incredible and should have won the game, we’ll work harder and get you next time.

When are the power 5 schools gonna learn. DONT schedule App State in September!!

We want them to, coming from an app state fan because it gives them experience. We could play alabama, and it would still be close just because of the chip they got on there shoulder. They know how people look at them and what people are thinking when they hear the word app state. That's why they play hard and take it seriously. They play for their community and the people of western North carolina.

Should’ve been pass interference in 2OT against UNC. Awful no call. Great game by App State! App State was robbed by the poor reffing all game. App State plays power five teams very well and probably should be in the Big 12 or ACC. Sucks that the pac 12 is gone and Stanford and California will be joining the ACC. They don’t belong.
