Wow, Sir Patrick Moore! There's a familiar face and voice i haven't seen in a while
As soon as the technology catches up to the levels of 1969 we’ll finally be able to return.

@@SpaceManWyoThere's been plenty of public interest for decades, hence why companies such as Space X exist. Politics has nothing to do with why we haven't 'returned', it has everything to do with competence and ability.

@@MotoRevelations so they had the competence and ability to land 6 times but somehow that just vanished after Apollo 17? Right... 🤦♂️ And the fact the budget was massively cut had nothing to do with it? Or the focus on wars and money being spent on that or any other factors? You think SpaceX is making these rockets because the public is interested?

Hm. The scenes around minute 20:00 look like early 'CGI' simulation, and not a real footage. The sudden movements look unnatural. Rotation starts and stops suddenly, with essentially no acceleration/deceleration, as if done with a model. Is this claimed to be real Apollo 11 footage? Thanks.
