    ​@@SpaceManWyoThere's been plenty of public interest for decades, hence why companies such as Space X exist. Politics has nothing to do with why we haven't 'returned', it has everything to do with competence and ability.

    @@MotoRevelations so they had the competence and ability to land 6 times but somehow that just vanished after Apollo 17? Right... 🤦‍♂️ And the fact the budget was massively cut had nothing to do with it? Or the focus on wars and money being spent on that or any other factors? You think SpaceX is making these rockets because the public is interested?

    @@-NiEr I wouldn’t try to explain. Stupid people hear radiation and they assume it’s dangerous not understanding the levels or types. You can’t explain to them that light is radiation. I mean, didn’t you know, the Van Ellen belts are basically Chernobyl reactors in space!!!

    Hm. The scenes around minute 20:00 look like early 'CGI' simulation, and not a real footage. The sudden movements look unnatural. Rotation starts and stops suddenly, with essentially no acceleration/deceleration, as if done with a model. Is this claimed to be real Apollo 11 footage? Thanks.

    @@mp6814 It's real movie film but sped up. The DAC cameras they used could record as slow as one frame per second. That preserved film and allowed for much longer recording time.

    ​@@NathansWargames The whole cold war was a psy-op to keep both populations living in fear, while at the same time allowing the 13 families to embezzle hundreds of billions of dollars from both sides.
