A little bit of cheating was always expected, but when people start doing stuff like this or all the bodyswapping that happens nowadays it really takes away from the original spirit of LeMons. M60E4, the airsoft version of which will set you back ~400 of your $500 lemons budget. Also worth adding, that rolling around in public with that in california is illegal.

Awesome build. However, if a "customer" had it built by this dude there is no way possible it even remotely falls under the Lemons price limit.

This guy is legit almost bringing a dream build of mine to life with this. I've always thought a Porsche with zumi style exhaust coming out the back would be the meanest looking thing. Hey rules of lemons is selling parts off your car can bring your budget back down. If he spent 2 grand on the car sold all his unused body panels and interior for $1500 that means he has a $500 car. Plus safety equipment doesn't count against your budget from what my research and what racers have said in different interviews.
