She is one of the best main vocalists of Korean idols. She has hundreds of live video. There's also a killing voice video of her alone. Suggest.

I keep thinking about how she’s played Natasha in the Korean adaptation of the great comet of 1812 musical. That role is so hard and soprano-ish and the videos I saw were so beautiful.

apink is very much a "pilar" of kpop, yes. I remember listening to "no no no" reliogiously back in the day!

Yes, they are the last 2nd gen idol. They are the one of the pillars.

From the 2nd gen groups that weren't from the big 3 they are one of the biggest I think. Also, they have been relevent during 3rd gen as well. The one in the far right is eunji, the main vocalist

- They're very big in 2nd gen, the big3 of girl group back then was SNSD, SISTAR, and Apink - the ballad-ish songs were their fansong, they released one every anniversary - yes, they done a lot of OSTs too, as group but mostly as soloist (they all been active as actresses as well especially Eunji the main vocalist, she's considered top actress in SK since 2012) - they're considered veteran since they're from 2nd gen and still active releasing music as group and soloists

You and I remember 2nd gen very differently. 😂 The biggest 3 (really 4) ggs of 2nd gen were (in no particular order) SNSD, Wonder Girls, and 2NE1. If it's 4, I'd add KARA. This is mainly because all were at least 2+ years into their careers and were already controlling kpop by the time Sistar and Apink debuted. Yes, Sistar and Apink both became big, and I mean them no disrespect (as I'm a Pink Panda for life and will also aways be a Sistar fan), but that was more so when we were heading into the time of 3rd gen (around 2013 to be more specific).

@@LupinKing wait, no you're right.. i was there during WG, Kara and 2ne1, they're already a legend when Sistar and Apink debuted, how could i disrespect them like that.. SNSD, Sistar and Apink (there was also Miss A btw) were the biggest ones in the end of 2nd gen, so i guess i subconsciously make that conclusion and forgot the rest of the history

Thanks for reacting to Apink! At 5:55 is Jeong Eunji, she's the face of the group and their main vocalist. She's actually released 5 solo albums now and has her own Dingo Killing Voice out along with appearing on Leemujin's Service too. She is an amazing vocalist (my personal favorite) and is considered one of the best vocalists in S. Korea. She's sang quite a few OSTs also and aside from being a great singer, she's also pretty famous for her acting roles in 'Reply 1997' and her latest drama 'Work Now, Drink Later'. Apink is such a good group and deserve more attention than they get nowadays, I hope you'll consider reacting to more of their content! 🤍
