Select your car and go to file export selected and choose .abc. You can import any animated object with animation this way. Tho you do need to make their material in D5

That's the issue I'm getting in every interior lighting scene, and I haven't found any of the solutions. except turning off the normal map and lowering reflection and glossiness will lower the chances of flickering.
