I went apartment hunting in Dallas too and it was so tough because there are so many factors to consider..but I'm thinking about it again as i live in Houston and my lease is up at the end of the month..lol

I think my partner is staying in the building that 3rd apartment for the summer. The 2 bedroom ones are really nice and pretty big. The closet was also really huge! I didnt really check out the amenities but it was nice that there was a washer and dryer in the apartment.

Love the video! Please look into purchasing a condo or townhome in the Dallas area. Your mortgage would be the same or less then your paying for rent. And with your military background (VA Loan) and all the various down payment programs, you might not even have to pay anything upfront. This is something I wish I had done years ago when I started flying. Keep up the great work, love your videos :)

I’m moving in October and finding it hard to find places due to safety

I live in Irving and I'm trying to find a way out. The cost of living is so unreasonable and higher than it was even a few years ago. After nursing school, I'm looking to move north. Congrats on making Dallas your home however!

No I won’t. I’ve been flying from Boston to Fort Walton Beach area for the last year and I’ll do the same from Dallas. I’m at the end of my enlistment now anyways so it would be easier to just ride it out.

I thought you really switched to AA. 😮 I followed a vlogger that made that switch from Delta to AA a few years ago. Dallas has more bang for your buck than Boston. 😊

I actually haven’t had to sit in the jumpseat yet! I always end up getting comfort plus and even got first class! This commute has been great so far.✨
