I love how you search for these various bike parts from different brands that works well with the RTR series, like the Suzuki visor, Bajaj top rack, TVS usb charger and crash guard, Hero handlebar now Bajaj sensor and Suzuki knuckle guard..I mean the list will go on as time progresses..really looking forward for all the touring mod videos..

Hi brother..this was a very useful video..I had this problem from a very long time and the service centre just said the same thing as you said,to change the whole lever assembly...anyway...but can you please tell about the clutch and break cables as I too have installed touring handle bars and I think the clutch cable is giving problems to the gear shifting..in your other video I couldn't properly see the clutch cable detail.would be a big help.thanks and all the best for future projects.

Bro you can make video regarding mastercylinder problem also.... Common in bs6 apache rtr200... Separate mckit/bucketkit is not available at the service center... But bajaj avenger 160/pulsar 150abs model bucket kit exactly fits in it... Part number is 36PD0050 I have been riding with it for almost 2 years no issue in braking

@@pavan3951yes Mastercylinder of bs6 rtr200 with adjustable levers...its different for bs4 models... For bs4 model mckit is available at the service center

Bhaiya My front rear disc break lever suddenly gets sometimes tight and sometimes normal like smooth and it gives me jurk while applying the front break many a times when it is tight more jurk ... recently I changed the master cylinder aswell since I had that piston issue like you had...but now after a month of changing its giving me this problem what could be the issue...even my break pads were changed recently and there is material on it aswell

Both bikes are in a different segment all together. Choose the 390 for outright power. Choose the apache for it’s price tag and manageable power. You can’t go wrong with both but still get one which suits your taste .

Hi shri.. One query .. do we use the same for front brakes as brake lights won't turn off even it's not engaged .... Most of the time have to manual push the front brakes to disengage the lights

Kya apne clutch ki gap ko kam jyada krke check kiya kyoki mere me bhi sensor 1-2 position par nhi chalta but 3 no position pe perfect chlta hai

Bro, firstly thank you so much for this jugaad magar ek issue aaya mujhe when I plugged a new sensor to uska toggle hai wo sahi se wapas apni jagah nahi jaa rha tha so I set toggle to place when we pull the clutch aur waisa hi laga diya to bhi sahi se kaam kar rha hai dono way mai neutral pe bhi aur gear pe bhi, kya isse kuch issue aa sakta hai??

Use little bit of grease. Haat se vo easily operate nahi hota. But bike me install karne ke baad properly work karta hai

To TVS ne kha pura fuel pump badla jayega ab,seperately connecter hi nhi milta uska Fir mene bahar 50rs me thik krwaya jugad krke To tvs agr lere ho to bhai hr choti problem me mote kharche k liye tyar rho, zara zara si baat me pura part badalne ko bolenge jo hazaro ka hoga. Service bhut gandi h. Free service me bhi chain clean tk nhi krte. Bs aise hi spray mar k bhej dete h. Ap samne khade nhi rhoge to bhut laparwahi se kaam hoga. Premium bikes jese 1604v 2004v and above me humse pese lete h ki 1hour me service krke denge. 3 ghnte tk bitha k rakhenge wo bhi agr subah subah jaoge tb. Features ki agr baat kre to bhi 160 4v, N160 k samne khi nhi tik pati. Na looks me, na dual abs, charging, disk plates, mileage, projecter light. Hr segment me 160 4v purani feel hoti h. Price me bhi N160 jyada better h. Apart from this budget km h to N150 le lo. Warna 160 jyada achi h with 165cc engine. Achi power deliver krti h.
