As much as i love playing the Japanese so far, i met a complete road block last night against Delhi with their Ghazi+ToV Archer combo, there was nothing much i could do

I just used this build in my 4th placement match for the new season, and I whipped my opponent so badly that I caused a swearing rage quit for the first time!

As much as I like the intricacy of this build. I think the strength of the onna-bugeshia and samurai and the speed you can get them out far out weight the potential strength of the uma and defensive bonus of the daimyo manor.

I like the Onna too, because they're fast, cheap, and have great range. Supplement a group of samurai with some of these to quickly hit several times from behind the tanky samurai, or else send a herd of them to take some villagers out then escape from archers

Love your stuff dude, especially the advanced build orders for the new civs - very helpful. Would love to see some advanced shinobi strats as well. I've been playing a lot of Japanese but the shinobi seem a little gimmicky to me?

The Build Order ist very good. But its so hard to understand. While you are explaining the 3 Foodworkers to build the Storehouse, the stonefarmer already moves to gold

Hi Aussie have you tried this just simplifying the start order aswell or is this absolutely the optimal way of getting the storehouse down and Daiymos up?
