Bernie was not a perfect person by a long shot. He had a whole history of nothing to brag about. 2016 he was quite rude to Hillary and took help from the Russians - Tad Devine, much? He took 60s rhetoric and sold it to a new generation of gullible people. He did many things in 2016 that were ugly and unsavory. He wised up and calmed down after his name was mentioned in the Mueller Report. Bernie never walked on water.

Impeachment starts in the House with Articles of Impeachment and if it passes then it goes to the Senate for trial.

AOC has had to work hard for what she has accomplished in her short life. She's unfazed by any opposition. She's got this!

Absolutely Reagan was the beginning of the shift in America from a Nation "For the Good of All" to GREED IS GOOD. I still let him know (on the other side) that he is responsible for all of this. He shifted the values of our Nation from higher education for all which is needed to have a Democracy thrive.......to selfish thinking and not valuing EDUCATION, period. Rather, it became the pursuit of money. So hard not to despise him. As a result, he widened the gap between the haves and have nots by the end of the 80s. The short lived ideals of the 60s and 70s gave way to the SELFISH PURSUIT OF MATERIALISM AND WEALTH OVER A THRIVING SOCIETY FOR ALL because of him and his delusional GOP that treated him like a god.

yes...Reagan also brought us squarely back to BLAMING MINORITIES FOR PROBLEMS. WELFARE QUEEN? The biggest WELFARE QUEENS ARE CORPORATIONS LIKE OIL COMPANIES WHO STILL GET SUBSIDIES FROM TAXPAYERS even tho their PROFITS ARE HIGHER THAN EVER.. WELFARE RECIPIENTS? We have mail voting in my state. The ballot comes in the mail, with translations in many languages. It doesn't require a stamp to return it. It's easy as possible. We're solidly blue, but I still fear the Electoral College. This calls for chocolate‼️

Hopefully when this Trump mess is cleaned up they put in stronger rules for SCOTUS, congress,and Presidents. And hold them accountable immediately when they get out of line. No one is above the law! They should have handled President Nixon’s watergate properly and this may not have happened.

It’s not just overseas ppl who make laughable attempts at pronouncing place names Libby, we Tasmanian kids were taught the poem about the bunyip from Wangaratta and it wasn’t until years later I learnt it wasn’t pronounced wongaratta Yep, there were bemused faces and laughter. By the very same ppl who thought Lornceston was how to say Launceston Potato potato we all know who and what you mean

Haha! As someone who lived about 15 miles away from Launceston, on the Devon side, I had to laugh when I first heard how it was pronounced in AU. To most people living in the ‘West Country’ regions of Devon, ‘Launceston’ is pronounced, “Lorn-stin”, whereas for those living across the border in Cornwall, primarily amongst the older generation, it’s always pronounced, “Lan-sin”. I still cannot get used to the Tasmanian pronunciation of, “Lorn-cess-tin”! 😂 The same goes for ‘Derby’ in WA, which is pronounced, “Darby” in England!

Hi Libby, Unfortunately, the impeachment won't pass through congress because the house has the republican majority and I think the senate may need a 2/3 majority vote in order for an impeachment to go through. 😩

Im not 100% sure, but i think any impeachment has to start in the House (were AOC is) then the Senate has the trail and votes. Thats for sure how it goes for POTUS, so I'd think its the same for the Judges.

It is in the constitution. Majority to impeach in the House, which is controlled by the Rethugs, and then 2/3 =67 Senate votes. Same as for the presidential impeachment. Sorry, not just a 60 vote majority. But I would be pleasantly surprised if 16 Rethug Senators were willing to vote for democracy. Might work to get to the Senate at least in 2025.

Oh we have native American names here in the US that even we can't pronounce. I've heard plenty of people in the US pronounce La Jolla incorrectly. lol. We know what you mean. At least I do. Anyway, go AOC! Thank you. Vote Blue
