I honestly don't know how you did it. Hats off to you, i just can't beat it. 25 years now been stuck like this. I have to get half steaming drunk just to go to the doctor's which is like half a mile away. That's on top of promazine & diazepam! I honestly don't know how people do it, i run back every time, it's just too frightening 😢

Thank you sharing this. Im currently stuck in a continuous panic attack thats been going on now for 3 months, and am struggling daily for optimism. just to know that it can get better is huge inspiration

Im so glad I found this channel. I’ve struggled for so long. But you give me hope. I’ve started to face my fears...but it still terrified. Waiting for the switch over. I wish it could happen faster. How long did you feel anxious after you started facing your fears? Love and gratitude from Phoenix, Arizona, USA.

@@FromPanictoParis brilliant, there are not enough people who have got out of it helpng others i feel. Understandable i suppose, because they want to put it behind them. Once i get better, knowing how terrible it is, i will also help people recover

I’ve been running the past few months. Rather than running distance I had to start low and work my way up. I now can run a 5k within 30 minutes. Today I did a 6.5km run and towards the end I felt like I was going to pass out but I did it! Running definitely helps.
