Anup Sastry - Loathe - Gored Drum Cover

Drum Samples, Drum Transcriptions, and more available at anupsastry.com/
Watch in HD!!! This is a cover of 'Gored', by the band Loathe. I love this band and everything they've released so far. They have such a unique sound and some very heavy sections in their music. I look forward to hearing new music from the band, and I really hope to see them live one day.
Life has been a bit crazy for me, between juggling all of the work that has come my way, an entire studio overhaul, and everything outside of music (just regular human life stuff). Regardless, I've been very fortunate during the pandemic because I've had consistent work throughout. I was expecting the opposite... Because of this, video content has taken a back seat in 2021, which isn't something I'm too thrilled about. I'm slowly figuring out a healthy balance of taking on work while also keeping time to pursue my own musical endeavors, and I'm hoping to continue improving this balance.
On another note, I'm slowly chipping away at another solo release, hopefully 5 or 6 songs. I've been feeling very inspired and creative this summer, and I'm trying to take advantage of this as much as possible. My plan is to keep writing until it stops. I have a lot of material that I'm really excited about, but the writing process has always been slow for me. So I'm taking my time, enjoying each step of the process, and hopefully I'll have something to release early next year. I'll post updates when I have them.
Raw drum multi-tracks for this video along with the original session drums and drum transcription are available for purchase on my GumRoad. Please check it out if you have a minute. :) \m/ Link:
