Antpuke aka Ava might be new on the NYC scene but she’s already leaving her mark, an impressive imprint on the underground techno community here, not only through her refreshingly eclectic & genre-defying take on techno, hip hop & club music but also her activism supporting the QTBIPOC community in Brooklyn. Community Bread only just met Antpuke a few months ago, But we’re not only so impressed with her energy & talent but commitment to carving out more space and opportunities for marginalized bodies through her work with @club.carry 💚
A collective of queer and trans POC DJs and multidisciplinary artists, Club Carry benefits the creative community with fundraising, compensation opportunities, as well as an elevated platform for exposure, Antpuke is definitely not holding back. She’s here to make sure the carry not only lasts through the night and has you sweating bullets, but also has some meaning beyond nightlife.

COMMUNITY BREAD is a queer-run livestream & resource platform dedicated to connecting queer & marginalized artists to global audiences so that they can receive donations to offset economic hardship. CB welcomes all types of content creators such as DJs, performers, and instructors as well as providing resources for financial aid, opportunities and actionable support for the BLM movement.
