Anton Rodin EPIC Highlights - SHL - Brynas - 2013-16

Drafted in the 2nd round of the 2009 draft by the Canucks, Anton Rodin was unable to settle in to the North American-style game upon coming over from Swedish Elite League.
After two seasons with the Chicago Wolves, Rodin left the AHL in 2013 and joined Brynas of the SHL, where he has developed into one of the top offensive players in the entire league over the past 3 seasons.
The Canucks still own his NHL rights, however, and there have been rumors circulating that he may come back to play in North America once again.

For those who don't know, Rodin won the MVP of the SEL (Swedish Elite League) this past season. That is a men's league not junior and he got over a point per game. If he can transfer this over next year I can see him finishing the season on the first line with the Sedins. Have hope guys, not all stars are first round picks. He also suffered under Chicago Wolves management which put him back more then forward. The kids a stud

Stevie it's very hard to transfer the scoring over.He is 25 Yrs old in November..I'd be happy if he obviously does convert the Scoring to the NHL but it's hard.Only a hand full of players do it.

The advertising on the unis, arena and all over the ice is frightening, what a fucked up world of commercialism we live in.

Rodin is basically like a free prospect at this point for less than a million. Lucic = 6+ mill...
